Better than expected for the price

I usually stay at another chain, but this was the right location and was traveling with mother who has a pet. Just a quick overnight stay so we rolled the dice, and for half what I usually pay it was fair. Making another trip solo soon and play to stop there for a quick snooze and shower. Much better than a budget place I recently visited.

Awesome Surprise

My husband and I stayed here Feb. 21 on our drive down to Florida. I spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me the deal I found on line. Yes, there was a bit of a language misunderstanding, but a little patience and respect goes a long way! When we got there that night, the girl at the desk, was smore than kind. I needed extra pillows and towels. She got them right away. The room was a suite, living area with kithen and the bed was on the other side. VERY clean and NO bed bigs!!!!! We had a coffee maker in our room and more than a continental breakfast. Everything was an awesome surprise!!!! It was a great place to stay for the money. We even stayed again on our way back home on March 5. It was race week and we just got there before the trafic started. Although the prices were higher, they gave us a deal and the same suite. I highly recomment this place!!!!!

Bed bugs

The hotel smelled of smoke and the first room was suppose to be non smoking but it wasn't so we had to check out that room and get another one that one seemed a little better I always liked To check the sheets and covers things seemed ok about 5 in the morning my daughter in law felt something crawling on her got up check the bed and it was full of bed bugs. I went to the front desk the lady was sleep in her sleep clothes very unprofessional I told her I need a refund she say no refund I then told her yes my bed has bugs in she then proceeds to the room to check for herself by this time they were everywhere big and small we got our luggage and got the hell out of there worst experience ever!!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised

We couldn't find a room in griffin ga and tried Expedia for the first time. This room was half the cost of all other places we checked and I thought it was going to be crappy. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was awesome. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels and they had nothing on this place. The only con is the very small parking lot. It seems to be shared with three other businesses that were quite busy.

Americans best value.

Had a good stay, very quiet room. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly.
Lobby was very clean. Floors shined.
My room was also very clean. Had microwave and fridge. Every thing worked
I would stay there again.
