Not very impressed. The pool and spa was closed. The best part of the stay was the breakfast and there the cereal was stale. Check in and check out was very slow. I understand it is a budget hotel but I would think twice before staying at another America's Best.

Ok stay

The room was clean enough and the beds were low enough that I didn't need a ladder to get in it. The food was nothing to write home about your typical breakfast. Staff was ok. Not much else to say about this place.

We really enjoyed our stay loved the beautiful stairway people were friendly and i will go back again just looking forward to to the pool being open the beds were soft and the price was very affordable

In town for a basketball tournament. Pleasant woman working the front desk. Although slightly under construction it was a nice stay. Room was very clean. I would return to this property. I cannot think of 14 more words to write in this review

Might be the worst stay yet

Stayed at American Best Value Hotel and Suits, and it was the worst hotel I've stayed at so far. The front desk person was always outside smoking. It seem like we kept interrupting them anytime we needed something. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets the pillowcases and the towels were all scratchy and rough not very comfortable at all. The breakfast was probably the worst I've ever had. When they say it's a hot breakfast you would think it would be hot and not cold. Cold coffee. In fact we just went to McDonald's for breakfast since the food was so bad.
