What People are saying

Nice clean hotel

PGBDKon 16/07/2017 17:23

Exceeded my expectations.
We are taking Route 66 all the way from Chicago to Los Angeles, and on the trip, this has been one of the nicer hotels.

Good large clean rooms.
Comfortable beds.
Polite employees.
Large room with two rooms and a kitchen.

Be aware of the railway line passing the town.
It can be heard anywhere since the town is a long thin strip of houses on the opposite side of the road.
You'll hear the trains and horns all night at any hotel in town.

Clean, affordable, conveniant and perfect for a quick night stay

We were on our way and stayed here one night. The check in was somewhat different maybe because the person checking us in wasn"t very experienced yet. The room was very clean (my white socks even stayed white), had a good, stiff mattrass and a perfect shower to wash my long hair. The breakfast was small, coffee, cereals and banana's but for us just fine. We did see some shady figures near the hotel but felt safe all the time

Older motel and not as clean as it might be

I was told at a travel center that this was a new motel but found it to be otherwise. It appeared to be neat and clean but when I got up during the night I found a bug on the wall in the restroom. I don't think I would stay there again in spite of the low cost.

Surprisingly good value

This was the first time we stayed at an Americas Best hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at the standard of the room. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted. There was a Mexican restaurant next door and a steak and fish restaurant just one block up

It was an okay stay

Our room had a front entrance and a back entrance; unusual, I know. There were people partying close to us and they made a bit of noise but it was mostly tolerable. The main issue was the train. It comes by every so often and because it is right across the road and the walls are rather thin, it is quite noticeable. However, the breakfast was hot and fresh and there was plenty of hot water. The room was clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable. People were hanging around outside who looked like local vagrants so safety was a bit of a concern. The pillows weren't too inviting and we never turned on the television so I cannot comment on it. I hope your experience is better than mine. Safe travels!
