Dale Mon 25/07/2017 19:40Dirty, smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, and worst of all, I got eaten alive by some kind of bugs living in the mattress. See attached pictures. There were also stains on the walls and doors of our rooms.
Poor place to stay!!
Christina Mon 12/10/2016 17:27I was given a room in the smoking floor when i had requested non smoking and they said they accidently gave my room to someone else, then when we got to the room it reaked, and it smelled like weed party, i advised the front desk and all he said "i'm sorry but its a smoking area" and i was yeah smoking weed area. They couldn't change my room because apparently they were full which they probably were because everyone was evacuating Florida like us. The beds were okay, and room was clean but it stunk like you can't imagine and the whole floor sounded like a party, music next door until 2 am. Would not recommend this place at all unless you don't mind all that. The front desk were nice but the manger/owner I don't know what he was was very rude and mean.

Sheila Ron 19/06/2016 19:44Arrived at 9PM, June 17, 2016 and was given 2 room cards. Neither worked with 2 trips. Mgr gave us different room. At 1PM I awoke with the sound of a door opening and shutting. Raised up but thought, "It's an automatic lock..don't worry". Next morning we headed for coffee, and checked the key bec/of the previous room problem. THE DOOR DOES NOT LOCK!!! Now I'm devastated!! What if I had children there, what if I was alone, what if it was YOUR 18 YR old DAUGHTER using THAT room? ROOMS are not safe and I would never, ever put myself or anyone in this situation.
My advice...FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!! Do NOT stay at this America's Best Value Inn in Morrow GA!
P.S. I should have guessed there were safety issues when I was checking in. Another guest came up with keys that did not work.
BTW, staff passed the buck and oncoming staff was an hour late!! MMMMM wonder why? I'm sure after we left, she showed up.

Peaceandloveeeon 21/04/2016 03:07I was very satisfied with my visit. The entire staff are very friendly and understanding people. The rooms are always neat and clean. The beds are nicely made. All rooms come with a big flat screen tv on the wall. The delicious complementary breakfast and coffee are great for when I'm on the go.

The rooms have always been clean, guest service is excellent, love the breakfast, and the hotel has accommodated us in every way possible whenever needed. Great value for the price...I would definitely recommend this hotel.
