Our first stay coming straight from Denver Airport - the staff was very friendly in providing recommendations which helped us plan a few great days in colorado springs and around. The place is just as good as any other midrange

This place is raunchy. Far better places for the money. The place is old. The neighborhood is sketchy. There were a couple of junkies hanging out in the parking lot who were stoned out of their minds and huddled together likely doing more drugs. They didn't bother us or anyone else that I know of, but I wouldn't want to bring children around here to witness that. Don't even think about the breakfast they offer. It's completely inedible. The coffee isn't even good. Just stay somewhere else. We tolerated it for 1 night but would never come here again.

Clean, pleasant, confortable, last minute booking, we called around 1pm and our room was ready by 3pm, they have the room with the features that we were looking.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff were horrible and when I complained about a problem with the room (put 3 people in a 1 bed) they literally told me it wasn't his problem and to just have someone sleep on the floor! Told me I could upgrade to a double if I paid double the posted rate. Then they refused to let me speak with management. Pics must be 10yrs old that they post because the actual room looked nothing like what we got. Hateful, terrible people and nasty place.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Towels we're not adequately replaced daily. Staff was constantly on their cell phones. Breakfast food not replenished adequately. Not a ton of choices for breakfast. Room very small. Hotel rooms clean, but our room had a burnt out light that was never fixed and no light cover on other light. No sign for do not disturb. When we arrived the TV remote was nowhere to be found. It was under one of the beds. This is a good location as very close to many tourist sights. Plenty of parking, however they decided to resurface the parking lot with no notice or signage. Pool was closed one afternoon for cleaning. Why doesn't that happen overnight???
