MOTEL NIGHTMARE

This was the worse hotel I have ever seen. I will try to keep this short due to number of word allowed. traveled to take granddaughter to lego land. Did not check in first, went to sea world, tired from five hour drive. First red flag was graffiti written all over inside of elevator. The room was horrible. Towels were dirty with stains, sofa had stains, pulled cover back on bed, had hair, was not ours, smelled horrible (multiple body odors), curtains were torn, lamp light flickered with a shortage. My seven year old Granddaughter began crying, wanted to go home. Called around to get another hotel none were available,it was late. Granddaughter used bathroom and came out screaming, toilet overflowed. Called front desk to complain and get another room, was told nothing he could do was not the manager but will come and look at toilet. Went to get something out of car, Some un-shady, un-kept, dirty looking character's were roaming the hall and outside, very scary looking. We used the night stand (make shift end table) as a barrier in front of door with our luggage on top, to alert of us of any intruders. Thank God, we used covers with traveled with to cover bed, sleeping ready to roll (with our cloths on). My granddaughter finally cried herself to sleep, woke and stated "Thank you God it is morning, we can get out of this freaking place." We checked out at 7:30 a.m, check out is 11a.m. Spoke with manager and he cold only say I will speak with my housekeeper. I had already prepaid for the hotel through Hotel.com, He thought this would appease me and gave me $20.00 back, (right) I will never , never stay at this place again. The pictures are very deceiving. If you do better take some protection.

Stay away at all cost. Would never recommend this hotel.

I would Never recommend this location. My son left his tablet and less than an hour of leaving I called back and was told "they didn't find it" sure. Someone from their housekeeping probably stayed with it as they live there. I have so many bad things to write..I would just say don't stay here. The hotel is dirty, outdated and nothing like the pictures from the website. And over priced for this dump. You'll probably have a better result at Motel 6. Hoping I could speak with someone to share all the pictures.

the room was kept clean. We were there only at night as had meetings during day. The staff was very nice and friendly. We want to commend them for having a Gideon Bible in the rooms. The parking was a little tight. The room was small but was sufficient for our needs. Served coffee,orange juice and donuts in morning. Had ice available. Dresser drawer for clothes and rod and some hangers for clothes.

Americas Best is horrible! Do not stay here! The hotel on line said, it had a Continental breakfast, the front desk guy said, we only have coffee, no breakfast! We asked for a non-smoking room, we got a room with an ash tray that stunk like cigarettes! The furniture had stains and was old. No towels! The coat rack was bent! The fridge was dirty! The curtains were stained! The walls had cracks and was dirty. The bed didn't have box springs on the bottom, it was held by 2 dresser drawers. The exterior of the hotel is made out of plywood! My husband had to use the bathroom, when he sat on the toliet, the stool nearly fell over because the stool was not sealed at the bottom!This hotel is seedy, it's a haven for drug dealers and hookers. We asked the front desk for a refund, since we booked with a 3rd party online, we had to call them for a refund! It took 45 minutes on the phone to get our refund.

The hotel was dirty and smelled bad. The rooms were dirty, the sheets appeared dirty and the beds were made poorly, the TV did not work, and there was not sufficient water pressure to shower. There was nothing to like about this hotel so the low price was at a huge cost. I would never stay there again.
