Patti Mon 02/07/2017 05:05I came in about 11:30 PM and booked a room, total cost $75 ( Including AARP discount).
The carpet had stains and it had not been vacuumed around the edges. Lights were burned out. The toilet was dirty around the bottom on the floor. The toilet ran all night long. The sheets were put on the bed inside out. Also room had been busted up pretty badly and that bad repair job.
I talked to the desk staff about the situation they told me they would contact management. When I returned later I was told that management had been contacted but they refused to talk to me and they did not care about the condition of the room or the problems. The attitude was basically: Too bad so sad.
Thank goodness I put this on a credit card and I am going to dispute. The charges because I did not get what I was supposed to receive.
Very friendly staff, budget friendly, and well worth the price!
VinnyWasHereon 03/11/2016 05:17So we ended up stopping in Cartersville, GA off exit 290 since we had a few rooms booked at a property next door to this one but that one ended up being sold out and we needed additional rooms for some friends that had tagged along. We were directed to this property since they had vacancy. Our first impression was very good because the property is VERY clean and you can tell its well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. You can tell the rooms were recently redone and up to a very good standard especially considering it was one of the more budget friendly hotels so were expecting something in that range too. Nonetheless, we were happy that beds were comfortable, room was spotless, and service was on par. Next time, this would be a hotel we would consider first choice since its got the job done and we were thoroughly pleased with everything.
dirty, loud, no service
A_simply_useron 04/10/2016 17:01Avoid to book this hotel, if you expect any kind of service. The room are horrible old, the bathroom ugly, it is a realy loud surrounding.
At the second day, nobody clean up the room, nobody has emptyed the rubish...
Unfortunately I already book in before,
The advantage, it is cheap and the air conditions looks new.
Also the internet ist fast.
But folks, at least this are the atvandateges.
No coffee maker in the room as written on their homepage...
The breakfast, some white toast, two cereals and some jam.
Coffee and orange juice.
That´s it.
perfect for a quick stop over after flying in to Atlanta
Cheryl Mon 24/08/2016 22:01A little way out of Atlanta but just far enough after a late night landing in Atlanta. Travelling to Pigeon Forge . No frills and breakfast poor but cheap and clean. stopped here before same people there are better hotels on the highway but this was very close easy to drive when you have just arrived on the wrong side of the road and was easy to get off and back on highway also Walmart just down the road to stack up our water and drink/ freezer supplies . This is not a Best western or marriotts but is a suitable place to stop over

Vicki Gon 14/07/2016 21:26I read the reviews and I picked out the people that are just complainers, I picked out the "it happens" and it sounded fine. We knew it wasn't going to be fine linens and glass plates, we are okay with a bagel and cereal for breakfast. The sheets were clean and the owner was super. It didn't break the bank and we plan on staying there on our way back to fl. In the fall.
