Horrible Service
Misty3958on 16/07/2017 18:39This hotel had horrible service I booked my reservation online and when I called to confirm the reservation for July 2 2017 they couldn't find any reservation under my name. I went back and forth with them about it and all they kept saying are you sure you didn't book with another hotel because we cant find you . I called every hotel,motel in Douglasville Ga and none of them had my reservation so I ended up booking another hotel for that day. Today on July 16 2017 I get an email from the Americas Best Value Inn Douglasville Ga showing when I did reserve the room in June and they wanted to know how my stay was on July 2 2017 but this is the hotel that said we do not have a reservation for you on July 2 2017 . This hotel really needs. . to have better relations with their customers .
In town for Six Flags
John Bon 09/07/2017 15:45This hotels was good for what we needed, just a place to sleep between days at Six Flags. There was a nice pool and the room was pretty clean and kept. The continental breakfast was very light and they put it away earlier than advertised.

BAmississippion 29/05/2017 03:00We arrived at this hotel everything was nice we took showers dirtied up the towels when we got back from dinner I took the towels to the front desk the white lady then took my dirty towels and gave me fresh ones the next morning we woke up took showers left the hotel for the day at Six Flags we came back to our rooms I then took the dirty towels up to the front desk and the owners wife that's Indiana told me to take the towels back she would not take my dirty towels she told me she would not give me clean towels so I had to argue with her for 15 minutes for her to give me cleaned towels she told me she was not going to Touch my dirty towels she told me to take my towels that were dirty back room she was not touching them but the from the first night took my dirty towels white lady went to the back room and put some gloves on and took my dirty towels. The OWNERs WIFE would not?

Devon Fon 01/04/2017 18:11Rooms were clean, and stocked with clean towels. The staff was very accommodating! I arrived early and was allowed to check in, would recommend to family and friends. Free wifi, coffee maker and irons in the room. Room also had a clean and pleasing smell

Mike Ion 02/09/2016 01:44stayed at this hotel for 5 months, on business. today was the worst day, went to go pay for another week, told them they should take 50.00 off because i had to clean my room, one lady said if i was unhappy maybe i should look for another hotel, told her NO, do your DAM JOB, I gave you guys 4500.00 in the last six months, other lady responded and said you didn't give us nothing...REALLY????? what part of 4500.00 you didn't understand?????, look for another place to stay.
