Not too bad

The halls had a smell, not sure what. Kinda like greasy food or something.
The towel holder was almost falling off of the wall, no stopper in the sink.
The rooms were very large. That was good.
the wifi worked well.
The website said breakfast was included, but it was a quite minimal continental breakfast.
I got a banana, the only fruit.
At least it was better than the place down the road.
The beds and bedding were good.
Sketchy neighborhood and building
Scott Lon 13/07/2017 03:05The room seemed clean and fairly updated. The bed was comfortable. I did think it was kind of weird that if you wanted to use the ultra small microwave oven, you had to move it over close to an outlet. It did have a decent size fridge, and a nice TV. The breakfast and breakfast room were minimal, though it did have the famous motel waffles. Outside the room however was a different matter. The building seemed run down and dilapidated. The neighborhood was sketchy, but it appears that the whole town of Forest Grove, for all it's sounding like a pretty nice area, is reasonably sketchy. I doubt that I'll ever be in that neighborhood again over night, but if I am I probably won't be staying there.

Amanda Son 09/06/2017 20:38The staff are amazing. They are super friendly. The rooms are clean and you don't have to worry about anything. If u have questions or concerns you can talk to the staff and they do what they can to help or make you feel more welcome. I would recommend the hotel to anyone its an awesome place to stay.
The Only Place To Stay In Forest Grove!
nickchiaroon 03/05/2017 17:25This place is wonderful. The staff is so amazingly friendly and accommodating. We rebooked this motel 3 times because we didn't want to leave. There is no better motel to stay in at Forest Grove. The rooms are impeccably clean and the beds are veeeeeerrrrry comfortable.

freikon 24/01/2017 01:08Forest Grove has few choices but Americas Best is a good choice. Older well maintained property that had cleanest room I stayed in a long time. Room has fridge and microwave. Friendly efficient service.
We did not take advantage of breakfast but it is complimentary.
Excellent value. Would recommend it.
