Paid to much for bad rooms
donk1964on 03/07/2017 15:18The room rate was high for the hotel because of the following reasons. The staff was very nice and polite!!! The room has some major issues, the wash clothes looked some one used them as a oil rag, the towels were so bad that you could see through them, plus they were both grungy looking, like didn't use any bleach when washing them. the sheets were just as bad. The carpet had tears in it, there was pet food on the carpet, looked they did a bad job at vacuuming. The continental breakfast was just blah!!!
Family visit
edjack2016on 22/04/2017 01:00I go to Louisville about every four to six weeks for some personal business and visit with family. I've been coming here about two years. Very convenient for me. Staff knows me and I get the room I request.
Positively Horrible.
oilersfan1999on 02/03/2017 06:11Had to stay here since town was booked solid for an event. Had a smoking room on the third floor. That wasn't so bad, can deal with that. Trouble was that they don't deal with serious noise situations and let it go on. Room was not very clean at all, towels were worn through and the face clothes were dirty. Staff was very friendly but we will not be here again.
Good soild place to stay
Brian Pon 22/02/2017 12:54I booked late for week when the town was booked solid. The only two rooms left were smoking rooms. I don't smoke but had little choice so I threw some air freshener in the suitcase and headed out. The room was clean and yes you could tell people had smoked in it, it was not horrible and I spent 2 nights there with little problem. The hot water was great and I showered doing busy morning with no problems. I would stay there again just not on the third floor where the smoking rooms are.
WiFI was also the best I have ever had at a motel and that surprised me. Full motel and the web surfing was as fast as at home. I have stayed at motel twice the price of this one and not had that good of a WiFI signal or speed.

Pebble-Barb Ron 04/01/2017 18:12the breakfast was stale donuts the first day was still there same thing the next day however the waffles were good staff was very nice and did very good job cleaning room both days we had to be in town for family funeral staff was nice and showed concern
