Horrible service from ghost Front Desk. Unable to switch credit cards, wrong WiFi pswords, lost $$ in vending, FD guy completely useless in terms of customer service or satisfaction. Decor interesting. Go Wyndham guys.

When I arrived at the room it was late evening (8 pm) and no one was around to check in or even talk to. I was so exhausted I didn't even look at the room that well before going to sleep. Much to my surprise when I woke up, it looked nothing like to photo on the website. The sheets felt dirty when I got into them, but I couldn't find anyone to talked to about it, and no one would answer the phone. Then, in the morning I noticed fresh blood splatters on the pillow that I just slept on and on the sheets. This was NOT my blood, as I checked my body carefully. Then I went to use the bathroom (#2) and the toilet wouldn't flush. Nice! So I left it there and left a message not he mgr phone since they still weren't answering in the morning (around 8:30am). I was so disgusted! When I came back that evening I finally saw someone and he said I only had one night booked. Which was an error. My wife booked this and I know she put the dates in correctly and something must have changed. They were able to let me keep the same room which was good since all my stuff was still in it. When I got back to the room, it actually had clean sheets and they left me a plunger in the bathroom...really???

Comfortable and roomy. The room appeared to be recently rehabbed so it was nice and clean. the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the usual instant cereal, doughnuts and juice and coffee but there was only seating for 2 people. My biggest complaint was the lack of parking and I was told to park on the busy street. I was surprised at the price, however, being so close to SF, I was expecting to pay more. We payed $40-$60 a night more for lesser rooms on the same trip.

Nothing great to write about the hotel, except that the location is a huge advantage. The Caltrain station is near, bus stop is right outside. So I could get to any place I wanted without any problem. The room was clean and spacious with decent amenities.
The wifi was crappy. The worst was breakfast, just some juice and cereals with milk, served in the reception. Every morning I would be be knocking on the reception door for it to be opened so that I would have the breakfast!
Overall very expensive for the value it provides

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I arrived there were two guys in the lobby waiting...a long time to see the front desk guy. Both guys said they were not going to check in. On of the guys room had the tv stolen and the other insisted someone had smoked in the room. I wish I would have followed and left. In unfortunately stayed and had to move rooms as my room was so dirty. My "new room" heater was broke. A half drank beer can was on the deck with some cigarette butts. It smelled. My TV had no remote. It really was discgusting
