Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms and facilities, and a good breakfast! Very convenient location in between Branson and Springfield. Lots of parking available and great WiFi. We will definitely be returning!

I travel to Springfield regularly and have stayed at over 15 different places and this place by far was the worst. Not only were there holes in the bedspreads, stains on the 2 old nasty towels, and a mattress with springs sticking out and a dirty blanket but the guy at the front desk was scary. He charged us for everything, I mean turned us upside down and shook every dime out of our pockets. They wouldn't put more than 4 stale doughnuts in the case at a time in fear that you might want 2. He was there 24 hours a day and every time we walked out the door he was there. I was afraid for my daughter. It didn't matter what you said to him he just looked at you with a blank stare. There are cheaper places that are way way better than this hotel from hell.

This place is old grimmy and gross. The pool should be shut down it looks like it has something growing in the bottom but it is just dirt. The staff are rude and they nickel and dime you with fees. The second floor feels like you are going to fall through any moment. When you walk you can feel every board in the floor. The breakfast is discusting. There are boxes stacked everywhere. When you arrive you have to walk the building with some creepy man from India. Then go into your room with him before they will let you pay or check in. I felt like I was going to be hit over the head any moment. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay on south side of Springfield or north end of Branson. This place should be shut down.

Room was very clean, Phillip the manager is very friendly and works very hard to give you the best possible rate that he can. The pool and hot tub room is very clean and taken care of. Overall, great experience!. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and very accommodating to my large family, everything worked well. The pool and hot tub were a big hit for my four kids. Breakfast was simple and easy for my family they even sent us out the door with some fruit to go.
