Me and my mom and girlfriend stayed here for a month they discriminated against me and my girlfriend because we kissed in the pool we thier pool gave me and my girlfriend chemical burns we were watched all the time they always said we trashed the room when we did not they tried to blame another room on us when we left our room was spotless except for us vacuuming and that was it I've been yelled at and embarrassed and they were just disrespectful and rude worst we had to change rooms because of bugs and when we first got there one particular person put my crippled mother on the third floor she could barely make it up and down the steps they made stuff up about us all the time I could barely doy laundry without being watched the only reason I gave one star was because I had to worst experience ever!!!!👿👿👿👿👿

I would never in my life recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy. They're not clean there mold all around the pool room an we had to switch rooms cause I found bugs in my other room and mike lets the power of working behind a desk get to his head way to much he has made up lies about us went through our trash ect hes a horrible choice to have working around people! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE BEING INSTIGATED AND LIED ABOUT

Don't stay here! Bad place!

I stayed here in July during the Tall Ships weekend in Bay City. I only lasted one evening, and would have left immediately if every hotel in the area wasn't booked. It was disgusting. Dirty walls, dirty floors, uncomfortable mattresses that wouldn't stay on the bed frames, and mold in the shower and toilet. The air conditioning unit was old and disgusting. I was physically ill by the time I left in the morning from the mold and didn't feel better until the early evening the next day. Despite the complaints, the owner refused to refund my money for the next evening. This is by far the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in.

What a great surprise in this hotel. We were a little worried when we booked this hotel because of reviews and price. It was a great deal for the price. Staff were very friendly. Everything was so clean. Great pool. Great continental breakfast. People complained in other reviews about the breakfast but not sure what they were looking for it had waffles, cereal, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. The hotel was located in a great location, close to the highway with easy access to Bay City, Saginaw, Midland, and surrounding areas. If I was to go back to the area I would definitely book this hotel again and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved our stay I can't wait for the next!!

We stayed for our anniversary we got a room with a Jacuzzi. The room was beautiful and very clean, the Jacuzzi is huge and so relaxing. I loved everything about it, we were by the pool which was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a room for my birthday when we checked out.
