Very Nice Place To Stay
Jim Mon 04/08/2017 14:11Very Clean, Staff is great! The have a lot of extra's including a cocktail hour with a couple free drinks. The morning breakfast selection changes daily and is better than just the donuts and waffles! The motel has been recently remodeled so the rooms are nice and clean.

Donna Mon 28/07/2017 05:19The AmericInn in Beaver Dam has been wonderfully updated with paint, carpeting and super clean rooms. If you stay Sunday through Thursday, there is a manager reception with complementary drinks and hors d'oeuvres from 5 to 7, two drinks per person. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. Microwaves and refrigerators are in each room.
Excellent Value
sandraz559on 23/07/2017 21:39We had an excellent stay at the AmericInn in Beaver Dam. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious. Cleanliness was excellent and our bath and bed linens were good quality.
Disappointing
jjmeadoron 22/07/2017 00:16I was really disappointed with this hotel. They "cancelled" my booking through Expedia, saying my credit card had been rejected. This was the only hotel of 8 during a week-long tour of the Upper Midwest for this to occur. I even showed a receipt for the Expedia booking and payment. It took some time, but we finally got a room - only to have a string stench of mildew. The front desk offered us another room, and there were no other issues.
Surprisingly good hotel in little Beaver Dam
robert don 19/07/2017 18:53Overall this was a quality hotel clean rooms and friendly workers. The breakfast was a bit sparse but overall I would certainly stay here again when I visit. The pool was clean the rooms were big and had very comfortable beds. I have never stayed with this chain before but will be looking for their hospitality in the future.
