The beds were hard as a rock. I have been home for 3 days and still have terrible back and neck pain from trying to sleep on them.

Rooms and staff just fin. However I had to quite a time getting to hotel. Taxi didn't show, called hotel an they said to take a cab and they would pay the cab driver, no cab driver would accept that, so I paid the cab and asked for a receipt which was not given. Desk clerk did reimburse me just on my verbal statement-which was great. Just don't need added hassles when flying is such a pain, anyway especially after long flights. Again, staff was great.

The hotel was great! The staff was great! I was disappointed that I could not earn points on this stay..... it should not matter how the room was booked. What is the point of being a rewards customer then?

The desk manager went out of his way to make sure our breakfast was great and particularly out of his way to make sure our airport shuttle was available and on time both going and coming back two days later!

The hotel is old and rooms are in need of some maintenance. Beds are really firm as stated in other reviews.
