What People are saying

Very nice hotel.

Jan Ton 23/07/2017 21:00

Great amenities and staff. Our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Our room was very comfortable. We need a handicapped accessible room and it was available and met our needs.
The breakfast was hot and good. The staff at the reception desk for truly helpful and helping us find things in town.

Penny Pincher Inn

V1074ZEon 21/06/2017 19:12

Lobby was attractive, room was very clean, staff very competent and friendly, kids loved swimming in the pool. We called this place the Penny Pincher Inn as everything was cheap to the extreme, toilet paper, terrible shampoo, off label breakfast food offerings, rough sheets, etc. Quality Inns and La Quinta Inns offered better quality at the same nightly rate.

We were there for a funeral

Gave us a discount---we had 3 rooms for 3 nights but then a snowstorm was coming in and we cancelled the third night with very short notice and that was fine. Then we needed late check out. Very accommodating during a stressful time.

This hotel is AMAZING. Wish ALL hotels was as great and affordable as this one! We go to this hotel every year and look forward to our stay. I don't know if this is Unique to just this AmericInn or if it is true for all of them but if they are identical, I would never hesitate to stay at an AmericInn.

First Time at an Americinn Lodge

Rbaird_12on 01/04/2017 20:32

We were very pleased with the Americinn Lodge and Suites in Little Falls, MN. We went to Little Falls to see where my wife's family had landed from Germany. This was a verynice community along the Mississippi River. The falls are created by a dam that has been in use for many decades. There are mansions to visit that were once owned and lived in by pioneer settlers in the lumber induestry. There is a beautiful Catholic Church where my wife's ancestors worshipped in. We also visited the cemetery where they were buried, from several generations back. Very interesting little town.
