Disappointed in customer service
loisr10on 24/07/2017 17:20I had tried to book a room online for three people(2 queen beds). My sister, brother-in-law and I were going to be in town to attend my great nephew`s Eagle Scout ceremony. Was unable to get it done online so I called the front desk. I asked for the senior/AARP rate of $89.10. We were assigned a room. When we got in the room it was warm. Went to turn on air conditioner but it wouldn't come on. Called the front desk and they sent maintenance man . He was unable to get it to work either so we had to move to a different room. Everything was fine until the next morning when we found the bill under the door and the total was over $120! Was told it was more because 3 in room. I asked why we didn't get senior\AARP rate. Was told they would have to talk to manager but manager wasn't in yet. So we ate breakfast which one good thing about the place. Manager still hadn't arrived and we needed to get on the road home. Did receive a phone call later in day that $10 was taken off my credit card. That helps but doubt that I will choose AmericInn in the future!

Brides Beware... They will not give you or your guests the rooms or rates they promised.
12345Adventurer12345on 06/07/2017 02:31I am an incredibly frustrated bride. I had called and talked to AmericInn 4 times between last November and June (right before the wedding). I called to set everything up, make sure the rooms were good to go, and then I called the Tuesday before my wedding to ensure that everything still looked good and that our complementary room was still available. The night of our wedding, my husband and I got to the hotel at 2:30am and were very poorly greeted by the front desk lady. She went on to inform us, that no, we didn't have a complementary room and that our guests were paying $15-20 above the rate we were promised. We asked if there was anything she could do to help us, and we got a no. She did not have a care in the world that the accommodations that we were promised were not available. This was the reason I talked to the hotel 4 times through the 6 month span and 4 days before the wedding... to avoid this. We ended up not staying at the hotel that night. The customer service from AmericInn's end stood out to me as the absolute worst part customer service that I have ever received at a hotel, and that will stick with me. I have called twice after the wedding and talked with 2 different managers. I have not received any information back regarding why this happened.
NICE & QUIET STAY
james bon 17/06/2017 17:52This was our first time staying in an Americinn and we found it clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. The breakfast was very nice, everything was fresh. and the area was kept clean since it was a well traveled area. Would stay at one again.

John won 15/06/2017 18:22Staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared and everything tasted great. Room was spotless and everything functioned properly. I will recommend this hotel to family, friends, and colleagues. I will definitely stay here in the future.
