Great Value
Alyssa Lon 02/08/2017 21:53Stayed in Fargo with family for 3 days. The room was spacious and provided more than enough space for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. Rooms are equipped with microwave, mini fridge and safe (which were all put to good use). Adequate sized pool with waterslide and spa tub as well as a splash pad for smaller children. The pool was open for families until 11 pm and adult only swim open 11 pm-12 am. We found this great as we still had enough time for a swim after returning from shopping during the day. The free breakfast that was offered every morning was great and served until 10 am. Staff was still refilling trays close to 10, so there were no issues about coming a bit later for breakfast and running out of food. We would gladly return to this hotel if we come back to town.
First AmericInn Experience
cheatpaon 31/07/2017 01:02This was my first time staying at an AmericInn property. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was awesome! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. On my next trip, I will definitely stay at another AmericInn. I hope my experience will be the same.
Fargo Staycation
BeautifulKarmaQueenon 27/07/2017 01:49I always end up in AmericInn for surprise or unexpected staycations! Lol! Seriously, though. Just like the AmericInn in Valley City, I had a great time in this hotel. I was in Fargo to return some items plus to spend time with friends. I was able to go to the Downtown Street Fair and the Red River Valley Fair. I loved that they placed me in the ground floor. Getting to my room with a huge luggage and 3 bags full of items to return was no mean feat but it was made easily possible by the fact that I was in the ground floor. Had I been in the 2nd floor, well, I wouldn't have been as happy because that would mean I had to take the stairs lugging around a large carry on plus 3 huge bags. I think the one thing all AmericInn hotels need is an elevator. It just makes it convenient not just for me but also for other guests. My room was a pretty room with a king-sized bed. It was clean and comfortable and again, the fact that it was ready upon my arrival never ceases to amaze me. The pool was also great! I was able to relax as I was the only one using it early morning! Lots of visitors used it during the night as their pool closes at midnight. The breakfast was good and it had good options! One thing I loved about it was their selection of teas which wasn't in the AmericInn in Valley City. This hotel is accessible and is also a place of convenience but at the same time, private. If you've driven around Fargo, you'll know what I mean. The prices are good-definitely great value for the money. I didn't think I was going to get a price like that considering I booked 3 days before my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel for those who are looking a quick staycation or vacation in Fargo or simply just staying in Fargo to attend a wedding or graduation.

Ayodele Aon 18/07/2017 18:22Comfortable, affordable, and great staff await you at AmericInn. It is my go to hotel when I am traveling, and I travel a lot! Great breakfasts, a courteous front desk staff, and clean, beautiful rooms have been the consistent norm at every AmericInn.
Will not stay Again
Travelinwifenmomon 15/07/2017 23:55My Husband booked our hotel stay here as he was on a job assignment in the area. I was very disappointed in our room as it looked very dark with only one small window and had a dungeon feel. Their Housekeepers were very rude with banging on our door when we had the do not disturb sign out. The pool area when you walked into it, was so strong with chlorine and I did not see any windows that opened inside for ventilation. Definitely, not healthy on anyone's lungs or eyes...and they are worried about a smoker polluting the lungs of others?! Most hotels I have stayed at that do not allow smoking in their rooms have a patio area for smokers to smoke, this hotel did not. There was cigarette butts all over the ground where guests were using outside to smoke. I found it extremely hard to believe this hotel could not even provide a bucket with sand for a better disposal of those guests cigarette butts for their guests who had to go outside to smoke. Wake up America! Did you know the same chemicals found in cigarette smoke they are using in meat processing to gas meat with your are consuming on a daily basis? You know why they are doing this?! The meat stays more red in the stores this way. Do your research before harping on smokers polluting the lungs of others and hotels discriminating against those who pay their taxes and wish to smoke.
