Little less than i expected

Waffles are great. Everything else is subpar. Room stunk of mildew, carpet was sticky feeling, mold on air conditioner, ice maker sucked. pool was ok. bathroom was very small but surprisingly clean. Probably wont ever stay here again.

Glad the weather let us go outdoors

This "pet friendly" hotel was antiquated. I think there was three outlets. The bathroom counter didn't allow room for one let alone two. There were two safes in the room. Is this telling me something? Two controllers for the TV which lagged unbelievably. The complimentary breakfast was mundane and tiresome after the second day. (Who eats green bananas?) But the first kicker was the total bill. That was higher than quoted and there was nothing they could do about it. The second kicker was this: We had two dogs with us. We put the "Do Not Disturb" sign out so the cleaning person would not scare or get scared. HA! They went in. Put in a new sliver of soap. And left. I called the front desk when the sliver was detected. That was day one. We took the dogs with us and did not leave on the "Do Not Disturb" sign and NO ONE showed up. No clean towels, no slivers of soap, no nothing. Oh! And a fire alarm went off and all the doors closed. Not one was remagnetized for two days, and those doors are heavy. And last but certainly not least, the dead bolt for our room did not work. In essence, if it weren't for the dogs with us, our safety was in question. So we were glad the weather let us outdoors, because staying there would have conjured "Liz" and others from AHS Hotel!

Great value with complimentary breakfast

We stayed here at the beginning of August with kids, and would stay again if we come back to Rehoboth. The hotel is just a few miles from and along the gateway to the Boardwalk, with plenty of parking available. There are many restaurants nearby (definitely try Crab House two or three blocks away) and is in close proximity to the Tanger Outlets. Check-in and check-out process was easy and the lobby is clean and open. We enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a very decent size. There is also a hot tub for adults, as well as a restroom with a shower for you to rinse before and after using the pool. We had no problems with the room itself. For a family of four with two younger kids, we were perfectly happy with the two queen size beds. There were also a mini-fridge and microwave available in the room. Complimentary breakfast is served between 6:30 and 10am and is freshly stocked. I seriously thought I had the best waffles I've ever had there. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would book this again if/when we come back next year.

Very expensive hotel with not much to show for it. We had ants in our room. Side door didn't work and it was clear the hotel staff knew about it. Other guests sitting on the sidewalk smoking and drinking or throwing up from drinking. Staff was very nice.

Poor service

We arrived on a Friday afternoon and our 1st room was ok but the front door didn't lock from the outside. They changed us to another room, but the bathroom floor was dirty, they faucet had running water and there was ants on the working table and chairs. We then had to change rooms again and the sink was clogged. I also tried to use the guest laundry and the washing machine was out of order all weekend. Not a good stay!
