Great place to stay
Stefan Mon 29/08/2017 05:45Professional staff, very clean and cozy rooms. Comfortable beds and the Staff went above and beyond! Great hot breakfast area with lots of choices. Pool and hot tub were awesome! Fitness centre is huge. Lobby area is warm and inviting. The hotel is close to restaurants, gas and shopping. This is now a must stop for us.

Pistol Pon 20/08/2017 05:13What came first? The train tracks or the hotel? I'd guess the tracks. Who builds a hotel parallel to a rail line.....in the back yard? This place. It's so bad, they actually give you (just one) a free pair of ear plugs to block the train noise. They do apologize for that and I'm sure I'll get a response from the MGT on this post. But, all I have to ask is what was there first?
OK....so, we were charged way too much for the room. It was my fault. We were traveling to Canada and wanted to break up the trip with a Friday night stay along the way. Turns out.....I couldn't find 2 "last minute" rooms along the way except this place and the rails out back. So, we paid over $180 per room for a room that should be around $119. Hey......last 2 rooms in a very long stretch.....so let's gouge the potential customer.
We get to our room and imagine....finding a full can of garbage....and I do mean FULL, under the wash-room sink outside of the bathroom door. Disgusting! At least the room appeared clean and the bed was made. Sorry, I can't make this up.
A positive. The "free" breakfast in the morning. Nothing to complain about. All good. Don't stay here unless you are in a pinch, like we were. Oh, and never again.
Very Clean Hotel
ajb388on 13/08/2017 23:09I stayed here for 2 nights for some training in the area. Hotel staff at first was very polite. Hotel grounds were very well kept and room was very clean. I did stay on the side that faces the train tracks, trains didn't seem to bother me. I would stay again when in the area.
Over charged
stevenwN9468PHon 06/08/2017 18:36Made a online reservation for a one night stay, made it very clear to three different employees on three different occasions (on the phone three weeks before our arrival, upon check in, and check out) that we did not want a second night, was charged for one anyway.

book in our room. By the time staff called i was 4+ hours away. Staff were willng to ship it to me- received 2 business days later. Thann you Americinn staff!!!
I have stayed at this property 5 times- and will do so again.
