Friendly service , nice amenities, and breakfast thats hittin. Great place especially if you have a dog or dont, pool stayed clean, so did the hot tub and the staff is quick to help with anything that you need

I was c totally empressed. As soon as we entered the building i could smell the cleaniest .It lingered throughout the building everywhere we went. Our room was the same way.
The staff was very friendly and welcomed us and told us they hoped we jenjoyed our stay. They were very helpfull in giving us directions to the 34 raceway and told us about Uncle Ronnies restraunt which was very nice and the food was great.
If we are back in Burlington we will diffently stay here again.
Hope the staff gets paid well.They do a great job.
Thanks for a very clean building and a great stay.

Nothing special, which isn't bad

On a motorcycle trip with a friend, we picked this place at the end of the day when we decided to stop riding.

One of things I do is check prices online before calling the hotel to see of the will match of beat the price. It's a win for the hotel because they don't lose a cut of room rate for commission and I get better price.

This place said to book it online, so I did.

The room was clean, breakfast was your typical "free" breakfast. The scrambled eggs were crumbly, but at least they were well-cooked.

We paid about $80 on a weeknight.

Convenient and ok for the price.

Hotel was easy to find right off the highway.
Desk personnel were courteous and helpful.
Room was clean and well stocked.
Facility seemed to be under some sort of updating as walls were painted but ceiling still had paint marks on it.
Not knowing the housekeeping routine, we found the hallway on the second floor to be in need of a vacuum.
Pool area looked fine.
Wall hangings and chandelier needed to be dusted and cobwebs removed.
Breakfast area was well stocked and somewhat clean.
Ceiling looks like there was some old water damage that has not been fixed and is almost in danger of falling.
Desk personnel should be trained on how to use a damp rag to keep the kitchen area wiped down throughout the day instead of playing on their cell phones when it's not busy at the desk.
But I don't know their policy on that.
Handles on everything were sticky in the kitchen area.
The front entry outside was full of cigarette butts in the rocks.
Looked rather tacky.
Overall the facility was acceptable for the price, it just needs some TLC and some maintenance.
We stay at a lot of Americinn and are familiar with the amenities and facilities.

Less expensive than most, but not worth it.

This would be the second time I have stayed at this particular hotel. The most recent being just this past weekend.
Positives are that it is reasonable compared to most other places, and there is a pool. Continental breakfast which is fairly reasonable. Ac is decent. Tv channels are good.
Negatives are just about everything else. The wifi is terrible. I couldnt even connect my cell phone, much less my laptop. Neither could anyone else who I talked to. The rooms were only semi clean, and I found a bug in my sheets. My toilet did not flush properly. The sink was dirty. The alarm clock was behind the table. The carpets look like they have been abused and not taken care of for many many years. Pool was okay but very cold. Other guests were loud most of the night which made it difficult to sleep (excluding children, which doesnt bother me as I have three of my own... Im referring to the adults)
I will not be staying here again. I will not be recommending this place. I would rather spend a couple bucks more and go somewhere cleaner.
