Horrible!!!

This place is horrible. My mother stayed in the Kingsport location and it's nothing to brag about. Their management is horrible and rude. The rooms are nasty and roach infested. The people who stay here are mostly trouble, very drug dependent. My mother had her door kicked in once and had to call the cops. Management told here that because she called the cops that it went against her record. Then someone else came into her room and stole from her. So when she called security they told her to call the cops. So when she did they kicked her out the same day. They told her because she had already called the cops once before.....SO I guess your just suppose to let people rob you and kick your door in.... They only gave her two hours to move all her belongings. She paid monthly and they wouldn't even refund any of her money back. I called and talked to the manager in charge and she was very rude. She hung up on my 5 times, and wouldn't talk to me. Later I seen the security guy / maintenance guy and he began to tell me how they have a rule if you call the police more than once than your trouble. Well to end a long story I'm glad she has moved out of this nasty place. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here. The rooms are small and for what you pay you could get a cheap apartment. She paid $700 a month. If you asked me she wasted good money on nothing.

first room they sent us to was dirty , there were cob webs on the lamp and the bed linen was stacked on the bed which had a big stain of some sort on it. the second room was old & outdated and smelled of heavy air refreshner & bed was hard as a rock. would never stay there again

I came to book a room on 9/9/16 at around pm, and found 2 ladies at the reception. When i asked if there is any room available, one of the ladies said it was all booked because of the big game in Bristol between Virginia Tech and Tennessee, but I out-rightly suspected that she was lying by the surprise look her partner gave her. Her partner who was also surprised, tried to inquire about the available rooms but she was still adamant that they were all booked. Well I went to Red roof inn on the opposite side and got a room-though expensive because of the game, and then called back after 20 minutes to inquire if there were any available rooms, only to be told by the same people I left at the reception that there are 3 rooms available --I told them that I was there just 20 minutes ago, and the answer was, well people cancel--really, within 20 minutes 3 people have canceled their bookings??--All I can say is either she is a racist (I am black down here from NJ/NY for work) or she has an issue with black people--Thanks B.O

They give you one free beer per person and a free huggie the rooms are clean and nice bed bed.no refrigerator or microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful.they give you small bags of chips and cookies which is different.and free bags of ice.

Looks can be deceiving.

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The lobby did look nice and they had a decent breakfast buffet but the good ended there. The first day, our room was never cleaned by a maid. When we asked at the front desk, we were told our room wasn't on the cleaning list but they would send the maid right over (she lived right there, they said) and we should tell her what we needed done. 2 maids did come to our room and we asked that the room be vacuumed, clean the bathroom, make the beds, give us fresh towels and empty the garbage. I was told they only had 2 wash clothes to give (there were 4 of us). When we came back to the room, it did look better but I don't think the vacuum was run. The next day, after being away all day, we got back at 11:30 p.m. and our room hadn't been touched again. When we asked, they did move us to another room. Did complain when we checked out but it is evident that they don't care. Did say they would credit our credit card some. Not sure if they did or not yet. A very bad experience!
