Beck688on 05/11/2013 02:23What a disgrace ! What are the health codes ? Deplorable conditions, outdated, desolate,
Room # 42 , full of smoke, ceiling in need of repair, faded green mildew carpetting, funky odor. Faded outdated beds; refused to go inside; viewed from the outside the door ! Would not recommend to my worst enemy or rodents !
Property rating - 10. in violation of health codes
Chep, shuch as in cheapskate!
Bruce Pon 19/10/2013 15:33I should have known this place was a mistake when I walk into the lobby when;
1 My AARP was accepted and no discount was applied.
2 The "Excuse or mess we are renovating our room" had all ready started fading.
3 The musty SMELL when I opened the door to our room.
4 The room is very dated, as in the 1970's.
5 You can see The dust is everywhere.
6 In The bathroom there is a glue line on the wall from where there used to be molding along the floor.
7 The chairs, the casters are missing from one and the other is ready fall apart.
8 Carpet, old, faded and worn out.
9 Mold around the bath tub.
10 Pop Machine unplugged and not working. They are selling pop out of there back office.
11 Internet, unsecured so DON'T do any online shopping (THEY CAN SEE YOU).
12 Holes in the back of the draperies.
13 The mattress on the second bed, you can feel the springs when you sit down.
14 Outside the pool house there is a pile of old lumber and pallets.
15 Spider webs in the windows.
16 The outside of the building in general is filthy with bird droppings on the roof, water stains down the outside walls, dirt anywhere from 18 to 36 inch’s up the outside walls and the patios by outward appearances are only cleaned when it rains.
Unbelievable
butterfly556on 14/08/2011 02:19When planning our trip to the Wet and Wild water park, I was excited to find out there was a hotel across the road. Checked it out on the web and everything seemed Ok (standard rooms) but was only staying one night. After driving hours we finally got to the "hotel". As we pulled up we just stared at one another in disbelief. The building was in awful shape and looked unkept for decades. Needless to say I never even stepped foot in a room. I canceled my reservations by telling the man at front desk that I did not feel safe to stay there.
The absolute worst
loubird33on 03/04/2011 15:27My husband and son traveled to a concert in Greensboro, NC. This room was booked through expedia. com. They arrived and had no heat, no drainage in the shower, the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor and front of the vanity when used, the toilet continuously ran, when neighboring rooms flushed toilets water bubbled up in the bathroom sink. The owner did bring a space heater (very dangerous to use) and was able to fix the toilet from running. My husband asked for a partial refund upon leaving the hotel the next day, but was denied. The worst ever place to stay.
Worst Hotel Ever!!!!!!
on 19/06/2005 05:30I stayed at the Best Value Inn & Suites, June 17, 2005. It was the worst place EVER. The pictures on the internet are NOT the pictures of the hotel. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. It is absolutely HORRIBLE. My roommate turned back her bedspread and was surprised by a SPIDER in her bed! The accommadations stated HBO in everyroom. HBO was the only channel you could get. There was also an empty pool with dirty rain water on the bottom and an old rusty broken down swing set. The bathroom was horrible. They claimed to have a maid service, NOT. This place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It had an odor. The carpet was dirty with stains and was discolored. The linen on the beds didn't match. There was mold on the shower curtain. This place was the absolute worst. In the hotel guide brochure this hotel was rated 3 stars. This false advertisement!!!!! It needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only upside to this place was the receptionist was very nice. It such a same she had to work in that dump! This is 2005, there should not be a hotel that looks like this anymore! I'm sure if this place was checked out by the board of health it would be shut down.
