Charlotte Mon 24/08/2017 15:24We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Ameron for 4 nights with 3 couples. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly, although a couple of times they were quite busy and there was a wait. Evidently being patient is something that Europeans just are. Location was the best! Everything was an easy walk out the front door. The room was clean, although the storage space was not particularly efficient. We had just gotten off a cruise ship that had less square footage, but more room to unpack. We did enjoy the in-room coffee, but the pod machine was pretty tricky to work- even after knowing how, I probably "used up" 3 pods without getting coffee. Somewhat frustrating since there is an extra charge after 3 per day. The only real complaint is the lighting in the bathroom, which is too low. Also,the shower design is such that you have no choice but to get water all on he floor, but there is a tub shower combo. No real complaints and again, the location was the best.

Jill Son 19/08/2017 21:16Ameron Flora ended up being the perfect place to stay; great location to train station & close to beautiful Chapel Bridge & Old Town. Lighting in bathroom could be better but all in all, a terrific place to stay & staff very helpful !
Would definitely stay there again & highly recommend it!

RhetoricRoxon 19/08/2017 04:29Clean, modern hotel. Perfectly located, it is only a short walk to several good restaurants, Lake Lucerne, and the variety of boat services. Staff is friendly and helpful. Solid buffet breakfast. GREAT house salad at dinner. Would stay here again if in Lucerne. Was amused that room came equipped with a Ricola cough drop.

Kosha Mon 16/08/2017 10:55Ideally located,the hotel was a 4 minutes walk form the Luzern Main station & easily spotted.The hotel is 4 minutes walking from the Kapellbrücke -the main attraction with lots of Veg& Non veg restaurants around.
Buses for inter city travel were also easily available form here.
Reception staff is very helpful & very good guides.
Good hotel, excellent location
Maria Non 13/08/2017 17:36I just visited Ameron Hotel Flora for two nights on August 9 and 10. Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean and modern, vert good breakfast. The location is excellent, 5 min from the train station on a quiet street. There was a small mishap-last day I requested a wake up call at 6am on Aug 11. I had to take train to the Zurich airport this morning. Unfortunately, nobody wake us up. Thankfully, I had set the alarm of my phone. Please make sure that this mistake does not happen in the future.
