Great first time in Rome!
hannahj_1080on 26/07/2017 02:12We visited at the end of June and we were extremely happy with our stay! Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast brought to our rooms! Brilliant location as only a short walk away from the Vatican City. Definitely would return and recommend to our friends!
Amazing B&B!
Clarko2on 14/07/2017 22:23We absolutely loved this hotel. Gianfranco warmly welcomed us on arrival. He spent about 30 minutes going through the map of Rome with us, pointing out all the sights and the easiest way to get everything. Breakfast was amazing. Homemade croissants would be my recommendation! Breakfast is brought to your room at a specified time each morning. There is a long list of choices too! We left early on our last day and were even offered a packed up breakfast. We were in the Beatrice room which was very spacious and lovely decor. Bathroom was small but very clean. Sky tv in the room as well as fridge and coffee maker. The hotel is just a one minute walk from the metro station. If you are arriving from the train station then get the metro to the hotel as taxi drivers do like to pry on tourists!
We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Rome!

Jess Lon 30/05/2017 17:10Stayed here in Feb 2017. Could not fault this B&B - one of the most welcoming and friendly places I've ever stayed. The location is perfect! 10 minute walk from Vatican City and the metro is right outside, which Michelle explained how to use, which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Although we found it hard to find at first because it's not well sign posted, almost hidden. On our day of departure, we were leaving for the airport at 7am and therefore would miss breakfast at the 'usual' time, so they made sure they gave us things we could take with us to go! Which was very kind. The rooms were good sized for 2 of us and very unique and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Couldn't recommend enough. All in all, a brilliant stay and a brilliant place.
Excellent Location!
gerbreenon 23/05/2017 15:33Went to Rome the beginning of April 2017. Stayed here for 5 nights. Thank you to Michelle and all the wonderful staff who made our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was served in our room every morning and the room was cleaned every day. The Metro is nearly on your doorstep, which made everything so accessible to get to. Would highly recommend :)
Great Location!
danichloon 09/05/2017 07:34We arrived just before 10pm and had to pay a surcharge for late arrival. We were welcomed by Alfredo who was very helpful and informative. We got a taxi transfer from the airport which was great - it would be hard to find otherwise as there is no clear signs on the property. The rooms are on the 5th floor which is accessible by a lift which holds 2 people.
The room was modern and clean but did not have a city view which is what was stated on the booking. I mentioned this to Alfredo who took a copy of our passports and said he would mention it to the director - we never saw anyone again? I found this disappointing as obviously we had not received the room we were expecting. It's not like a hotel where you can complain to reception- there isn't one. We had a full itinerary so to take time out tracking the owner was not a priority- they should have got it right first time.
Alfredo presented us with a breakfast menu and we made our choices which was delivered at the agreed time on a tray in the morning. We are the same breakfast for the next 4 days! I would suggest a menu card which could be completed and maybe left in the room for the following morning?
There was a coffee machine in the room but it was in an area with no light so I had to use my torch on my phone. It's great if you drink coffee with no milk or sugar as no spoon was left and very limited milk. We had to buy some from a local shop which we kept in the fridge.
Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept so well!
Would we stay again? Most definitely!! The location was great! Walking distance to the Vatican and practically next door to the metro. There are little things which would make the stay more pleasant as explained but I feel that they are minor! It's more important to get a good comfortable nights sleep and Amor provides this.
