Comfortable bed, nice view, bad food, unreliable service
Rebecca lon 17/08/2017 05:53We spent two night here while visiting Petra. Room was simple but had a comfortable bed and nice view looking out over the valley.
I recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner. Food was hit and miss. Mostly miss. The poor receptionist looked beaten down by complaints and having to deal with incompetent people. Don't rely on the hotel's shuttle bus service to Petra. If you need an excuse to take the stairs more often try out their lift! The outdoor terrace area is nice and, although we didn't use it, the pool looked pretty good.

bugatti62on 16/08/2017 06:17The hotel benefits from fabulous town view. Open the windows, feel the breeze and Listen to the muezzin. Staff were kind and Very helpful. Beautiful cool terrace with bougainvillea and a lovely pool.
We loved our 4 night stay here.

Shirley Aon 14/07/2017 22:58In need of general refurbishment. The light in the creaky elevator goes out before the doors open on most floors, which didn't exactly inspire confidence. Wine isn't available with dinner (or at all). Food is decent but not great.
Nice little hotel when it gets organised
WILLIAM Con 23/05/2017 05:50This is a beautiful little hotel with lots of atmosphere. The downside in May 2017 is that the air-conditioning wasn't working properly and neither was the heater for the covered swimming pool. It's all being renovated so it may be better in future. The rooms are comfortable but a bit small. The food and the staff were excellent. The Filipino waitresses in the restaurant were great too.
It's in Wadi Musa so you need a ride to Petra.
lovely mid-range hotel near petra
lmiller832on 17/05/2017 02:26this hotel is not too large nor expensive, but it is just right. pleasant rooms, lovely outdoor patio and pool, great breakfast, and very accommodating staff. i have stayed there several times and will return there again.
