VandanaTomodachion 18/08/2017 03:30Nice big rooms, clean and big enough for a small family of three. Hotel is at a good location, good distance from good attractions. Rooms at higher floors have good views of mountains. Quite close to subway, and great for the price paid.
Old hotel, but friendly service
QB2008on 14/08/2017 03:55This ANA hotel is recently managed by IHG. They start employing non-Japanese to serve foreign guests better.
It has very good location; 10 minute walk from JR Station.
However, this old property needs a lot of improvements: lobby and entrance need a lot of uplift with more inviting colors, flowers.
Greeters are always helpful. Staff genuinely are always willing to help customers. We were advised to have very good ramen - Kura - just two blocks away.
The staff need to upgrade their English skills.
The rooms and floors have smoke, musty smell. Smoking is still more common in Japan. Management need to open more non-smoking floors and enforce the non-smoking policy. Air conditioners are old and do not properly filter smoke odor.
Reasonable and comfortable
Rie Aon 09/08/2017 13:46I stayed here 2 nights with breakfast. The price was so reasonable especially after stayed in Tokyo. distance from Sapporo Station is not too far for walk and handy. This hotel has a convenience store and nice café.
Breakfast buffet was so nice and many option.
Airport shuttle bus stop in front of this hotel.
convenience and cleanliness
BennyHKon 30/07/2017 09:46around the corner from Sapporo JR station and right next to Sapporo subway station exit number 21. Minutes of walking to the clock tower. 10 minute walk to Odori park TV tower and 15 minutes walk to susukino.
Loads of eateries/ restaurants/ sushi/ ramen shops as well as department stores nearby.
Its opposite Tokyu department stores
Twin rooms size just good enough and typical of Japanese rooms.
Has free wifi throughout the hotel and a 24 hour convenience store to stock up drinks and snacks.
The hotel concierge staff was so helpful in sorting out our tour booking.
The downside was there was no business center/ amenities such as printers. I was advised to approach the shops nearby for printing service.

Raghavendra Uon 29/07/2017 13:15My one night stay was very good ,as this hotel is strategically located near to railway station. Very helpful staff and good, rich & wide spread of break fast. I had a nice stay . Even though the rooms are small they are neat and clean room
