Lovely private villa
Saffron Ton 23/08/2017 09:41I spent 2 nights and 3days staying at Ana Mandara Resort. That was really nice. It is located a bit outskirt of the city, so it is quiet and more private. The resort has a warm pool for those who like swimming like me. That's one of the points setting it apart from other places. Its atmosphere is suitable for family or couples who want to escape from the hustling and bustling city. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely come back next time.
Wow
hotshowbagon 18/08/2017 10:16Beautiful rooms , breakfast , surroundings, spa and views.A little out of town but cabs are cheap and only 5 mins to town . Set among herb and fruit gardens with spectacular rooms in the old french chalet style. We loved it and will visit again.
Dalat in the French heritage discover way!
CassieNguyenon 30/07/2017 12:45I am a traveller who is crazy anything about heritage. And this resort has it all for me.
I cannot describe enough the beauty and charm of this wonderful resort, you have to come and discover yourself!
The resort comprises of 22 villas and if you are booked, you will share a villa with other travellers. Each villa has a nice and bright common room where you can chill or finish work (in our case). The room is cozy and warm with French architecture, I must say the team has made great efforts to maintain the resort.
The staff are friendly, there were always a smile whenever I go.
The food at the restaurant was good but I think they have quite limited choice.
Overall, it is still good, definitively come back!
What I thought DaLat would be
LA4manon 11/07/2017 09:02Driving in from the airport, through the city of Da Lat, I thought "Where is the mountain retreat I thought DaLat would be?" Answer: it's at Ana Mandara. While the city is just outside, once on the grounds this is what I expected of an historic highlands town. The villas were beautiful, well-appointed (amazing claw foot tub), and well-maintained. Other positives: excellent treatments in the spa, extensive breakfast buffet, and strong Wi-Fi. Villa 18 was a good choice -- near the spa and restaurant. Service was great in all venues: F&B, spa, housekeeping, front desk. The only downside (and it's minor) is if you need something in a hurry, be aware the staff has to walk all the way from the reception area, which can be a bit of a hike. Take note that taxis, familiar with the facility, can pick you up/drop you off directly at your villa -- you do not have to take the hike from the reception area if you don't want to. If I am back in DaLat, I'll definitely return to Ana Mandara.
Heaven
Tripod Ton 11/07/2017 07:01Tranquil and a real treat for people who seek pure relaxation. Stayed in a Villa Room which is sharing living area in a 4 unit villa. Love the open chimney in the room and to open up the windows in the morning and have the panoramic scenery of Dalat right in front of you.
Gardens are lush but need more care as it was not well maintained. Also please stop Taxis from driving into your property. You have buggies to shuttle guests to the reception. This is potentially a accident risk.
The Restaurant is equally well appointment. Breakfast is plenty and of good quality. Downside was that we visited during the Holiday Season with lots of children screaming at the restaurant. A suggestion to the Management is that you use one area as "quiet childfree zone" for couples and the other section for families. This works well in other resorts too.
Will return soon. Thank you for your beautiful staff who are very well taking care of us.
