What People are saying

What kindness and what big rooms!!

Great hospitality and very roomy and modern chambers!! Good continental and traditional breakfast too. Almost 60 Mt from the beach, near the main restaurants and café of the hamlet. Absolutely to suggest!!

Solid Hotel / Great Owner

JonCarloon 23/08/2016 02:27

Had a great stay at Anatoli. We rented 3 rooms and the owner (Telis) was even helpful in locating another place to stay for us for 1 extra night because we changed our plans and he was full. He focuses on customer service and it shows. Very kind and understanding staff (traveling with a 1 year old who self-feeds and is still learning that we don't throw food). Immaculately clean place. Worth every cent. Will try to return. Kythira is beautiful and this is a great place/base. Thank you Telis!

Keep it in your mind if you plan vacations on Kythera Island

Big Rooms, very clean, very good service, well equipped rooms (Kitchen, dishes, refrigerator etc) near the beach, near village's market, good breakfast (although not big in variety it was very sufficient in quality and quantity). All these render this hotel an excellent choice if you are planning your vacation on Kythera island. We stayed for 2 nights and we were very satisfied. Two things among many that I enjoyed, were the fact that the owner of the hotel every morning during breakfast was sitting on the table of each client for while in order to speak and advise him/her in regard to his/her plan, to give him/her some hints and recommendations (e.g. today is windy on that side of the island better to visit the other beach there were you will find calm waters) and the fact that late at night I could sit in the balcony for a while and hear nothing but the sound of the sea. The location of the hotel is also very good. Although at first one might consider that it is located in the northern part of the island while the capital of the island is in the southern part, very soon one can realize that this is not a problem since all the distances can be covered fast with a car (either owned or rent). Moreover, the big village of Potamos and ruins of the medieval town of Paleohora are not far. The only negative points were that the parking of the hotel was small to accommodate all the guests and that the road in front of the hotel was uphill thus at certain moments and depending on circumstances, one could find maneuvering a little difficult. Overall we had very good impressions from this hotel and place.

A good time

New and spotlessly clean hotel near agia pelagia beach. We had a 3bed studio (very spacious, good beds and a fully equipped kitchen- not the best one in the house though being the one room without a view). Breakfast was good. The hotel very near the beach (a bit uphill but easy even for a sleepy 4year old). Need to drive a bit to get around the island but that would be the case wherever you stayed in the island. Would stay there again (in a front room)!

Anatoli, an excellent hotel in Kythera island

NHadjistephanouon 05/08/2015 22:22

My wife and me visited Kythera island for a few days; we wanted to "escape" from the everyday routine in that beautiful Greek island..... and we discovered "Anatoli" Hotel.
This is an excellent hotel, in the heart of Agia Pelagia seaside. It is only a few meters from one of the best swimming places I have ever visited. The sea was crystal clear, refreshing and calm. The restaurants, the cafes, mini markets, are all around.
The rooms of the hotel are huge - actually they are spacious studios, very well decorated, with traditional furniture. The colors match with the blue of the Aegean sea and the marble with the ancient Greek history.. Everything was in place: The little fridge, the TV, the air condition, the decorated bed, etc, etc. The good things do not end here! We had a pleasant surprise when we met the owner during the-rich- breakfast: while the soft music was filling the atmosphere, Mr. Telis was there, smiling and trying to help everyone with his or her program of the day. A final touch of excellence for a trip to remember.
