Great food and service
Staff are attentive and always friendly and professional
Gym needs a little refurbishment
Live music could have been better had the artists sang more local music, this considering that most guests appreciated it when they did.

A complete disappointment for one of my favourite hotel brands. Smelly rooms, smelly carpets throughout the hallways, flooding shower recesses, lack of hot water.... I was initially checked into a room which was not cleaned then my replacement room smelled of damp and mould. This hotel needs a complete overhaul and although I see that previous reviewers have made all these points, management has not addressed these issues. I will never stay here again.

It was very nice, Stayed at the Business Class Lounge. Had very nice views of Victoria Island. Wonderful room with good beddings. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Staff were very friendly and courteous . I will definitely come back.

with my son, we visited to enjoy a smoothie and tea at the deck bar by the lagoon. the drinks were satisfactory and the prices reasonable particularly in comparison to Eko Hotels. A major concern is the state of the sofa; very filthy, really grimy like a grease rag in an automobile workshop. Why can't the management send the sofa covers to the laundry? It is bad enough that the lagoon stinks like a sewage plant, the furniture in a brand name establishment such as Radisson Blu should not be in that state of neglect.

Cozy, beautiful ambience, the light will inspire you like you are in New York, the live band music plays subtly and the lagoon view with a pool flowing into it is breathtaking, the food and drink just pocket friendly and the staff are well trained, I love this place!!!!
