best hotel in Bizert

we stayed there for two weeks as a family.
we stayed in a two bedroom appartment. Everything was perfect specifically the staff on the swimming pool and the beach. I still remember the name of some them Yosri,Ahmed,Mohamed.. they were very friendly helping me with kids ,swimming with me , giving them towels, playing with them....
houskeeping was also good.Wifi wasn't good all the time. the bathroom had some leakage which made taking a bath a bi problematic as we would need to wait for housekeeping to come and clean the day after.Beds weren't very comfortable and finally the kitchen not really well equipped although when asking for something from the reception the try to do their best to help you.

Stayed here for a month on business. About the most "western" hotel in town. Toured a couple others but they were not as nice or clean as this one. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the entire hotel very clean, to include the rooms which are very nice and had very few issues. The food at the restaurants was very good and again the service was always spectacular. Only downfalls we have found at this hotel has been the staff at the front desk and the internet service. About 40% of the time our problems we addressed at the front desk were addressed. Asked for a month for a second key to our 2 bedroom apartment, never got it. Good luck finding anywhere nicer in town than this, just don't expect much from the staff.

what i liked the most in this hotel is the hospitality which is not easy to find in Tunisia. The staff is very friendly room are spacious, Clean and well furnished.
The food was just amazing
Free wifi in lobby and rooms
I really liked and i strongly recommend this hotel

Great location, shoddy service

This hotel was a great disappointment. Don’t go if you do not speak French or Arabic. The hotel does have a great location and the restaurant is excellent. However, the hotel staff and service are a great disappointment. Windows are left wide open by cleaning staff. My room had a musty, moldy smell. The worst issue was laundry. I had no bags or order forms in my room so I left a bag with the front desk bright and early to get back that night for my departure next day. Long story short. Three different people promised my laundry would be delivered at various times before I left. One promised to have it delivered it to my Tunis hotel. It is still in Bizerte.

And they charged me for the laundry on departure.

If you want that sort of service, go to this hotel.

Very Good Service, smiling personnel, the hotel is usually quite but since they offer a venue to different types of ceremonies you might be disturbed by the noise which is usually stops by 1 am as part of city laws, the food is great, and the rooms are comfortable.
very easy access to different part of the city.
