Loud hotel with no amenities
SiriusSkier23on 11/07/2017 05:43This place is a bit of a walk from the Plaza des Armas. The rooms on the road side are loud with a disco next door. I got one hour sleep. The breakfast was terrible and low grade. Rooms are mostly cramped with no room to walk around. Have stayed here before and it has gone downhill quite a bit. I would avoid this place if you want sleep
Family owned
dsiouxon 30/03/2017 04:46Loved the stay at this beautiful hotel. Clean, cute rooms with lots of hot water, a heater, great WiFi. The family looked after our every need. Prices were reasonable. Loved the green house dining area.
Comfortable
Norway1944on 04/03/2016 21:29We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable and so are the beds. Staff very accommodating, providing us with packed breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning. Hotel is located relatively close to restaurant and plaza district.
Machu Pichuu tour and Cusco stay
Mark Fon 09/10/2015 01:03Very welcoming staff with clean well presented functional rooms. All usual i.e wifi, breakfast, on suite bathrooms, tv, safety deposit box.
I had discounted nights through K B Tours who I trekked to Machu Pichuu with and came back and stayed a couple more nights either side of seeing Lake Titicaca in Puno.
They helped me with the bus tickets etc, very useful 😊

Simple, overpriced basic hotel/hostel
Tovi Lon 11/07/2015 03:43We have stayed there for 4 nights in this hotel/hostel. Its location about 10 min walk from the Plaza de armas is good. The rooms are clean though light is too dim (even reading is difficult) and no chairs to sit on. Some rooms require climbing too many stairs. Breakfast is disappointing. The price $ 60-70 (cash to credit card) is excessive.
