Racist staff at the desk

I didn't feel particularly welcome here. I came here with my friend who spoke Russian and the lady at the desk asked him whether I had an immigrant passport. These things don't even exist. Furthermore, she was staring at me and a another friend of mine in a very uncomfortable fashion. I definitely do not recommend this place (unless you're white. Then it is good value).

Hotel “Orion” – a good option

We were very satisfied with what we’ve found there. Bulgarian people received us with lot of hospitality. We had the impression that we, as guests, were particularly waited.
They are very kind when addressing anything, when talk, including into the restaurant. The cuisine is excellent. The rooms are large and spacious; the furniture seemed to be new. Initially they should have accommodated us in a double room at the 3rd floor, but I’ve let them know I have a heart disease and that to me the 3rd floor would be too much, and we received, as a bonus, a great apartment. During our stay, they took care and changed the bed sheets. And the towels, as often as it was needed.
The accommodation included breakfast. Although the breakfast had daily the same content, I was satisfied with, as to be honest I don’t see the reason of diversifying it. They were serving butter, jam, sliced cheese, ham, yogurt (which I enjoyed so much), white and black bread, tea, coffee and juices.
The refrigerator, the TV and the phone are included into the room rate.
In a nutshell, we were very happy with choosing this hotel and we do recommend it! We believe other guests will be satisfied, too!

Good for inexpensive beach trip!

Very functional and pleasant hotel for an inexpensive beach vacation. The staff was friendly and reasonably english-functional, and the breakfasts were fine. The rooms are small but do the trick - nothing fancy, but again, if you plan on spending your time walking around the old town or on the beach and not in the hotel room, the rooms are just fine. It is about a 10 minute walk to old town and the beach, and a little less to the busy main street (although it is on a hill, so mobility-impaired people might find it a bit far). I would stay there again without a doubt, although if you're like my wife and looking for a bit more of a resort experience, it may not be the thing for you.

The staff was very nice, the facility was clean, we had a great view to the sea, and we had good breakfasts.
