Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English very well.
Rooms very clean.The bed was comfortable and air conditioner unit was not noisy.
The rooms and hall ways were quiet as well.
Yummy buffet breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold food.

The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and professional. Literally every staff member was lovely. The room was very comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was good, and I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed! Good location to visit around, not to far from airport. They organize very good trip to Halong bay and Sapa with good price and good service. They have a cozy restaurat on the first floor, no worry if you don't have time to go go out. I recommend the Junior Suite room with city view. Special thank to all staff in the hotel, especially Anna and Viet Anh. I will miss you all. I will come back soon, because this is my second home.

Friendly staff and amazing customer service

I stay here last October when I was in Hanoi and had a amazing service. So I decided to bring a group of friends back for the second time.

The staff was very professional and immediately send me a message as soon as I book the room online to welcome me and my friends that they are there if we have any questions about or trip or any tours before we get there.

We landed late, but the hotel staff was nice enough to charge us a small fee to get a 16 passengers van to fit us and all of our luggage from the airport back to the hotel.

The hotel even ask us if we're planning to eat dinner because by time we get there the restaurant would be close by they are willing to leave if open for us. That was very kind of them.

Overall the rooms are very clean, love their showers, and the breakfast was great. I would totally stay here on my next trip.

This hotel and the staff are fantastic! Anna is the most helpful hotel manager I have ever met. She was very informative about surrounding areas and with booking excursions from the hotel.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean.
