Amazing Hotel

Perfect hotel for adults who want to party. The hotel caters for all your needs. The rooms are amazing , the food is out of this world, but the best part about this hotel is the staff . From the housekeeping all the way to front office and security, I have never seen a level of professionalism shown in any other hotel I've been in.
The recently opened aqua suites is perfect for lounging by the pool and listening to great sounds from live DJ's.Im already looking forward to my next visit

I spent 10 glorious nights at ABC in May 2017. I finally found a hotel in Angeles City where the execution matches the design and aspiration. This is a hotel that works. There are hotels in Angeles City with better design and construction but the lax standards in service detracts mercilessly.

The location of ABC is not ideal. It is a little far from the center of the entertainment district. The nearby outfits are definitely not in the same category.

The hotel itself is a maze. It consists of four buildings that do not connect.

My room, 144, is in building 1, fourth floor, and faces the road. Sound insulation is pretty good. The blackout drapes are fantastic. This room has both a shower enclosure and a bathtub. The tub offered many hours of pleasure. The WI-Fi works. Everything, like lights, air-conditioning, plumbing, etc works. The king bed is wonderful. The TV, a Panasonic, has a good selection of international channels. The book in my room that describe the services and locales in the hotel is not up=to-date. The room is well-equipped: hot water kettle, bath robe, slippers. What I like the most are the six huge bath towels.

Housekeeping is the best! They know exactly what they are supposed to do and they perform. One day I noticed there were no face clothe and asked. They responded they ran out but left me two extra hand towels. Many hotels in AC let the cleaners do what they want and do not check. ABC does.

The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Every one greets a guest with a smile and a hello. They are not always efficient. I asked for a box of tissues and it took 45 minutes.

There is one kitchen that serves the various restaurants, bars, and room service. The food is good but slightly overpriced. They need at least one restaurant that is completely air-conditioned.

Aqua occupies the top floors of Building 4. On Floor 7 is a bar, a cave-like sauna, a Jacuzzi, and the gym. The gym has floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The selection of machines is adequate. Even at 8 am there is staff on duty. Before I could strip the plastic wrap off a glass and dump it into the trash, someone opened the door and took it from me. There are showers and changing rooms. The next floor up, no elevator, is the main bar, a Jacuzzi in the center, an infinity pool, and cabanas for rent. Up to the top floor, again no elevator, is the Sky Bar, an open-air facility.

A few steps away is Angel Bakery, a wonderful German restaurant that is always full. A few steps in the other direction is Sunshine Laundry, which I used every day, 35 pesos per kilogram.

First of all... If you pretend to spend a vacation with the family and kids, then you are doing it wrong. It's like going to Las Vegas and complain about the casinos. I mean, if it's your bad planning, don't blame the Hotel about it. First of all, it's location location location, the Hotel was located with surgical precision in the best part of the town. Near the airport, you can take a walk if you like to have fun @ night, but you don't even need to do that because the hotel offers a transfer service without additional fees. The rooms are extremely awesome, pools everywhere, the Aqua lounge and the SkyBar at the roof, offer an stunning view of the surrounding area. Every detail in the hotel is top-of-the-line. The Gym facility includes also a Spa, pubic hot tubs (if your room didn't include one)... The list can go on and on. The bad stuff of the hotel is that you have to return home, eventually. The hotel staff crew does its work impressively, I remember to call for room cleanup, and within 5 minutes a bunch of highly trained swat-like cleaning team appear and without further delay, managed to transform the war zone into a heavenly place again.
Another mention for the Hotel bellmans. They really know the place, ask for directions and thou shall not be disappointed.
Regarding wifi... It's the best and more efficient internet service I've used in the phillippines. Stayed in two different rooms, never have issues. Also I read that they were adding extenders to improve even more the service. I was impressed.

this hotel is fantastic, the room I stayed is the aqua suite, the lighting is great, the room service is right up there, transport is always available, my room had a bath tub and steam room, shower overhead,
I would recommend all travellers to stay here,
the only downside is that this hotel is not for young kids,
its for singles,business travels and party guys.

A lots of indecent woman around the area

This hotel is definitely not for the family vacation with kids. I am so glad I didn't bring my kids. this is my second time I stayed to this hotel. There's a lot different compared before which is the good thing. but there's a lot of indecent women around the area. Trying to hook up some customers in the hotel. My mum supposedly staying with me but I cancelled immediately. The staffs are very friendly and approachable I am quite happy to their service.
