Perpetua Con 31/08/2017 19:33The hotel is modern on the outside, front desk and lobby is fantastic though small. The room and toilet is small so as the bed. Breakfast is fine mostly sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs. There is a several variety of breads and cakes. The toilet floors are heated even on a summer season.

EmmaLondon3on 03/08/2017 09:54The staff, they were amazing, so helpful and cheerful, not advising of things that wouldn't suit me. I loved all of the little touches as well, the little plant if you hang the bag outside of the room, the welcome drink, the note on the bed from the chamber maid - most places have it from the manager but this seemed more personal as it was someone you were likely to meet and who has a direct effect on your stay - the sleepy sheep jellies on the bed and the 'have a nice week' meringue. The choice at breakfast was great too covers everyone.
On arrival I was asked where I wished to stay, I asked which was best and away from the lift. The room was perfect and a massive shower!
There were building works going on but I didn't hear a thing, didn't affect my stay at all.
Great location, really near the S bahn and easy access to the airport.
I only speak a few words of German but it didn't matter as the staff's English was pretty much perfect. If I go back to Munich I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

HSV1887HHon 11/07/2017 19:44Rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom as well. Breakfast is opulent and offers a huge variety. Good affordable dinner specials. Supermarket across the street. Fantastic fitness studio across the street as well (10 Euro fee, but worth it). Incredible jogging opportunity along the river Isar only 1 mile away. I am a regular, happy guest
Adequate, not great
Bronsmumon 11/07/2017 08:27This hotel's in a convenient location for the S-bahn, which you'll want to use to get away from the busy road directly outside and into more picturesque parts of Munich. We were given the choice of a road-facing room, or one that faced the building site at the rear of the hotel - we had the latter, and at least there was no construction work going on in the evening or weekend. The room was comfortable (twin rather than the double which had been booked) and air con appreciated. All staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was good.
When the building work has finished and there is a garden in the centre of the site that may greatly improve things. However at present this feels like a hotel for business people, not tourists. It provides a comfortable base in Munich, but hasn't the location or additional facilities to make it a destination in it's own right.
