total lack of client orientation
Alexandra Kon 18/04/2017 09:49frankly speaking I haven't yet arrived there, but during our correspondence via emails they show total lack of professionalism, no desire to help, only to blame the client (please read their responses to the feed-backs on booking), do not provide any solution, because of their poor English they misunderstand the sentences and become aggressive. this attitude is totally unacceptable!!!! never ever....
Amongst the angels
Megan Lon 29/04/2016 09:05What a wonderful, restful stay to be had at Angels in Rome. You really feel like you're amongst the clouds as you step onto the balcony which overlooks the street below - each room has its own balcony. Although a little noisy, close the shutters and climb into bed and dream the night away.
Louisa, the owner of the establishment, is friendly and has a good command of English. She will help you live in Rome like a local. Breakfast is a little dismal but you can get by on it, particularly considering you get discounts on nearby restaurants just for staying at Angels in Rome.
It really is central and has a host of taxis nearby. The nearest metro is a bit of a walk away, but you get to walk through the gardens of the Villa Borghese so it is worth it. The Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are about 10 minutes away in a taxi.

Iam Yon 14/10/2015 12:25It was a pleassure to stay in Angels...the location is very good...like 10 min with the bus...i had a dbl room....which was quiet big...Thanks to Louisa for all the tips about Rome....so nice and friendly....there r 2 bathrooms...which were cleaned every day and the room also...very pleasnt stay....thanks and see u soon again ....ciao
not recommending
TsvetanUon 28/09/2014 21:37I made boking on 2nd of September for 29th of September, they waited till 28th of September to notify me that I can't late check-in, my booking was for 3 nights I asked if I can show up next day on 30th of September, they refused and told me that in this case I will be charged full amount for 3 nights but they will not keep the room for me
very unfriendly service, do not recommend this holet they do not care to solve problems with their customers, all they care is to take your money and do nothing
Payment issue
MrsWesselson 16/07/2014 11:22We booked with Angels in Rome and 2 payments went of our credit card. Till today the owner has refused to refund the wrong payment even though we have submitted enough proof that such payment was paid into her bank account.
