Great visit to Geneva
Nerissa12on 30/08/2017 19:19This hotel is gorgeous. We had a Lake View room which was stunning. Geneva is a great city and we loved the fresh air and lovely feel. The breakfasts are works of art. The bed was so comfortable that we struggled to wake up. And the views...well they are to die for. Service impeccible. Couldn't fault this hotel.

A Gem in Geneva
almesqon 12/08/2017 03:11Recently spent two nights here at the end of our 11-day trip to Switzerland. Everything was great. Had a lovely room overlooking the lake. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Old world charm but modern luxury. You can tell they really care about the guests and the quality of the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very very friendly and helpful!
The staff and concierge are the BEST! I felt like a princess! Every member of the staff was so keen on doing the best of the best to make us happy and comfortable! It felt like home & we felt sad when we left!
Room service is amazing! Bathrooms are very clean! Restaurant (though a bit small) was amazing!
I have been to several five-star hotels but this is by far the best!
Keep up the exceptional work!
