Wrong hotel

Warning, Annabella hotel is actually 2 separate hotels. Annabella Diamond seems like an ok 4 star hotel and that's the hotel we booked 4 months ago. Annabella Annex however, is a low budget hotel far from the beach with a tiny pool, and a very simple buffé. Two of our family members arrived one day before me & my husband, and when they arrived Annabella Diamond didn't have room for them in the hotell and sent them up the coast 10km for one night at another hotel. The day after, when we arrived, there was no room for us, not att Annabella Diamond and not at Annabella annex (a 2-star building across the high way). When we finally got a room at Annabella Diamond it was 9:30 at night and we were so tired, and the next morning we were all sent to the Annex, where we spent the remaining days. When we complained that this wasn't the hotel we booked (it wasn't even an option at our traveling agency!) they said that "we only payed half price anyway". Our so called "compensation" after complaining, was that we could eat in the main building - food we already payed for!

I think it's rotten too fool tourist in thinking they have gotten a good deal on a hotel - and on Arrival treat them as a lower standard customers.

Of course, when getting back home, i will take this further with my travel agency. Thank god we booked Mucarnas Spa Hotel for our last three days so this vacation won't be totally ruined.

Just had 11days at this hotel, very poor, not a 5 star I would rate it 3 star, food poor, service very poor, staff unhelpful , room we had was excellent , would never return to this hotel again. Beds very hard, sun beds very uncomfortable , lacks entertainment , bit like been at butlins. They played bingo one night, what a joke, no pens provided, they had no lights on either, we were given tooth picks as pens, I demanded my money back, also no English at this hotel, no atmosphere at all would not recommend this hotel, if You are looking for 5 star luxury you won't get it at this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Good choice of food daily.
Great beach attached to the hotel.
Kids club did not have any type of security measures and kids were free to come and go as they pleased.
All inclusive drinks were terrible. And very little cocktails included

Our room was really nice and cosy, new furniture, TV, air condition was perfect, view on the pool. Food was good, enough variety, after a week it starts to repeat, that was expected. Pool relly clean, maybe a little small for so much people, enough shadow around hotel grounds, beach clean, sea really warm. People are nice, ready to help.

Excellent days in Annabella Diamond

We were in this hotel from 19-26 May '17. Great hotel, excellent staff and services. Food was high quality. Room was nice, with AC, TV, refrigerator, mini bar. Cleaning on daily bases. The reception staff very kind, ready to help on everything.
In the restaurant the waiters and cookers very friendly, all time smiling.
The environment within the hotel was very clean. We liked the swimming pool.
Definitely we recommend this hotel.
