M0nicaveton 19/05/2017 17:15Lovely place and people, fairly clean, ensuit, good location, a walk away from the main station/city centre. Lavinia is a lovely lady who works there and makes a nice rich breakfast. She got the room ready with a cot for my daughter as requested. Recommended
Small and cosy
Memduh Yon 16/09/2016 06:46Located on one of the main streets of Florance, 20 minutes away from the center by walking. Only 5 rooms on the first floor of an apartment. An energic and helpful staff. No breakfast room so breakfast was served to our room. But never take a room on the front side because there is a great noise of the traffic that can make your sleep a catastrophe.
Clean but OLD

you're interested plan ahead. Very difficult to locate, no directions available on website just an address. Window covering did not go down to block loud street sounds and sunlight This B & B is located at a major intersection. Sheer curtains did not close either. Bed linens were clean, the bed cover was lime green and was a genuine piece of linen from the 40's. This is not a cozy or a comfortable stay, beds are mediocre. The TV was approx 14inch in size! Nice office employee, she was quite helpful and the location is close to the train station. The wifi works well! Would not recommend.
Amazing stay
Dhwani Son 20/04/2016 09:50We stayed here for 3 nights in april 2016. This place is about 10 minutes walk from the main station Santa Maria Novella. The rooms were cute with basic amenities and very clean. Our host was Barbara - she was really very helpful. She gave us choice of things for breakfast, gave us detailed information about how to move about in florence with exact routes & map. She made our stay really comfortable.
Nice pace, close to the centre and train station
955elizavetagon 14/11/2015 10:24A bit basic breakfast, not such good isolation in the rooms, we has quite a noisy neighbours :( good location, close to the train station and town, good money value , we had a problem to come in the hotel around 2.30, nobody was their and have to ring them up
