Very good hotel and service for family

We had family room in brautiful garden with 2 rooms. Everything clean, very polite stuff, that speaks mainly Turkish, German and Russian, but somebody speaks also English. Sowewer everybody were verry nice and tried to understand our needs and helped. Nice attitude to kids. Need to notice, that there are 2 swimming pools for verry small kids and next level is already 1.20m deep. So for 5 years old kid need some float or vest (also in swimming pool with slides). And Animation is partly (not all day).
Good food with huge choice. Grilled food - meat, fish. Snacks in Beach bar.
Choice with sports to do in theritory - tennis, water polo, volleyball.
Good spa center, we tried Hammam - perfect!
Wi-FI only in Lobby bar and main restaurant.

Good for relaxing

Location directly at the coast in Incekum, nice sand, clean and clear sea, comfortable room, green area with beautiful flowers, safe and secure. Food was amazing, specially typical Turkish meze (appetizers). Good choice for relaxing since it's a no party hotel. Sympathetic staff (only thing is that most of them do not speak English, just German, Russian and of course Turkish). It's a 10 minutes walk to Avsallar town center, where you will find many bazaars and cafes. Boat trip to Alanya is recommendable (20 Euros per person with lunch included).
