My wife and I stayed here two nights for a brief visit to Venice. We were picked up at the Venice Airport by the hotel shuttle right on schedule. The van was clean and very visibly marked so it was easy to spot. Upon arrival at hotel, check in took only a minute or two and the front desk personnel spoke fluent English. Everything was in order in our room which very clean, modern, and of a higher quality over other hotels we stayed in while in Italy. The room was large enough, had a good bathroom setup and the AC worked very well. The TV had two channels in English. We took the hotel shuttle into the Pia Roma the next morning. The drive took only 10 minutes and was very convenient and on time both ways. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty and they had a good selection. Our ride to the airport took less than ten minutes and again was right on schedule. We found it better to stay outside of Venice and close to the airport rather than staying in Venice itself. On our next trip we will definitely stay here again!

Great Staff. Comfortable and clean. Rooms a very good size. Nice breakfast with plenty of choicr. 10 min walk to rail station with a 20 min journey into venice for only 2.60 euros. Airport transfer from hotel to airport also available which was excellent. Overall a great experience. Would happily recommend and usr again.

We stayed here with a tour group of 30. The rooms and bathrooms are very modern and clean. It is about 20 minute shuttle ride ($11.00 each way) and 20 minutes water taxi ride($15.00 each way) to get to st Marks Square. Our banquet meals were not the best food, the pasta course was good but the meat was not always identifiable and tough. One night our lasagna which was very good had plastic in it in about 1/2 of our groups meal.
The location is basically in a warehouse district so there is Not much around it but the hotel rooms are very nice.

We booked two rooms, one of them was offered a free upgrade. We appreciate it. The hotel is clean and new-like condition. Apart from being far away, everything was good. We knew the location would be outside in advance, however not recommended without having a car.
As a donwside, the breakfast was below our expectations. Only limited choice of food was provided and things ran out quickly.

Terrible service, lots of clueless waitress who speak English but clearly not know how coffee machines work.
Awful breakfast spread. Very limited choices.
Ridiculous bath setup
Taps with small knobs.. which caused huge splashes everywhere.
