Worst ever hotel of country
Mehfuz Pon 30/07/2017 07:25Rivasa calangute is worst ever hotel to travel to ! They gave heater to warm the water.. ha ha ha.. They did not serve omlette for Break Fast ! they are renovating and they did not inform us in advance. No wifi inside the room.. only in lobby.. No towel if u ave checked out n if u wana wash ur face before u go to airport. Please feel free to contact me on 9724421579.

Tiny rooms
Sandeep Von 15/07/2017 11:45Booked the rooms using Cleartrip. Cleartrip mentioned the room type as mini-AC. However, once we checked in, found out the room was real tiny. I mean really low ceiling with just the bed to fit in. Didn't know that rooms could be of that size.
Breakfast included wasn't that bad but wasn't great either.
Goa Trip with Rivasa Hotel
Dhruv Jon 27/06/2017 19:20Trip was awesome and hotel is also not too bad but they dont see the room before providing to customer. AC was not working. Also lots of limitation in resort. Only Loby WIFI Available and very strict.

rahulbit2005on 25/05/2017 14:02It was a worst experience when I checked in rivasa resort.It is near to calangut beach walking distance will be approx 5 to 7 min.location wise it is good,but staff were not profestional,service is worst,No laundry service,even you will not get drinking water in one call,our toilet get choked but no body care about that,I stayed there 3 nights in same condition because that time goa was full of crowed and not a single hotel was vacant for these three days.but no action taked by hotel staff.Overall it is a worst hotel in goa.It will make your holiday like a hell
Poor Quality Service
zamzamcwaon 04/05/2017 15:22The Rivasa Resort looks good on image. You will get good photos of interior but when you go to hotel. You will see totally different. Only entrance is big but inside the hotel, my experience was very bad with hotel.
