What People are saying

Nice place, small rooms, VERY firm beds

Scott Mon 03/08/2017 02:24

First, the staff... They were awesome! Very helpful and pleasant. The onsen (a gender segregated bathing facility) was very nice. If you have never tried one I highly recommend it, especially just before you check out on your way to the airport. The area is awesome, there is a great temple about 15 minutes walk away (check out my other review on it). Lots of restaurants and bars. Definately worth a visit instead of rushing off to Tokyo! Now the down side, the rooms are very small, even by Japanese standards (my wife is Japanese and she was surprised at how small our room was). The bed was just this side of sleeping on a board (my wife also commented on this). For a night or two it's probably tolerable, but for any extended stay I suggest you try another hotel.

Last minute delight

Booked this hotel at the last minute as we were snowed in at Narita and could not catch our connecting flight from Narita - Sapporo that evening. Was available at a good rate.
Easy to get to from Narita using the subway, then was an easy walk to the hotel with our two medium sized suitcases.
Complimentary sauna was a great way to unwind after our long international flight arriving into Narita, and the hassle/delays we experienced on the day. Wasn't too crowded either.
Shuttle service from hotel to airport the next day was nice (booked a day in advance).
Room - small, no space for our bags so we had to have it upright along the narrow walkway just in front of the bathroom. Bed comfortable but small (i think we had a double bed). Bathroom sufficient for a nice hot shower.

Overall great place for a layover. I'd book again if I needed a night between flights.

Great deal, recommend!

The hotel is right next to the train station. The room is not big so we can't open luggage to pack. But the room is cozy and all served. There's a free spa, too! We only spent one night here and took the free shuttle bus to the airport the next day,but had a great night here. Highly recommend!

offer free shuttle bus to the airport

No Complaints, Great Location

Getting here was effortless by taking the train from the airport. You don't need to walk far from the stop, and if you have suitcases with you (I planned to do a ton of Japanese drug store shopping at the end of my trip), there are lots of elevators and escalators that make it pretty easy to get to the hotel. We checked in in the late afternoon and pretty much just dumped our bags to go shopping. We had two suitcases (one 27" and one 22" I think) and we managed pretty well with them in the small room. There was a sort of alcove behind the front door where you can kinda just stack them in there, so don't let the size of the room deter you if you have bigger bags. Didn't notice much of a smoke smell (not any more so than other random buildings in Japan), so that didn't bother me.

The room was small, which was to be expected, but we had no issues. The bed was comfy enough, and we just used Google translate to decipher the a/c unit on the wall. The bathroom fixtures were fine too, if you have traveled in Asia before you should have no trouble with the size of the room/bathroom. We didn't use the onsen as we stayed out kinda late and then were busy packing from all the stuff we bought in Naria. We only spent one night here this time, but I could probably spend a couple nights here pretty easily if need be (I would still prefer to be further into Tokyo though if I'm visiting for longer). They were also super nice about letting us store our bags in the morning while we explored the town a bit more.

There is a bus station super close (practically right outside the door) that can get you around Narita a bit. There is a specific one that will take you right to the Aeon Mall, and there's some other stuff in the area around the mall like Don Quixote and a big Uniqlo that both offer duty free for foreigners (just don't be an idiot and forget your passport at the hotel like I did, photocopy won't be good enough). The hotel is also easy walking distance to Omote Sando, which has lots of nice little restaurants, boutique shops, and souvenir shops. The area caters a lot to flight crew and people on short layovers, so there is a pretty good concentration of just...stuff here. There is also a large temple nearby which is definitely worth a couple hours of your time (there is a park around it). You can definitely find a lot to do around here if you wanna cram some stuff in and your stay is short.

I would definitely stay here again if we're coming through Tokyo and our time is short. It's not a super amazing hotel by any means, but it's perfect if you want to have a little layover here.

Close to airport, convenient simple hotel

Our Local friends in Japan recommended this hotel chain. It was clean & comfortable, a good night's rest. Had a free bus tram to and from Narita airport. Provided cute cotton kimono robes for the night. Breakfast buffet downstairs was OK.
