It should be best fit for budget customer but definitly NOT a good choice for family travelers or leisure travelers.

Elle Ton 20/06/2017 14:37Very nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff compare Apa Tokyo Asakusa. Room was small, bed too small and too soft. Need to improve. Good location 5 minute walk from the shopping area and restaurants, closed to bus terminal very convenience.
typical Japanese hotel- but acceptable for the cost
cleo064on 10/06/2017 11:07typical small roomed hotel room- but quite satisfactory - clean, friendly staff, close to transport and eating areas....not the best, but far from the worst we stayed in ....when doing tourist things all day, as long as everyone is friendly, and the room is clean, the size doesn't really matter
Rooms are not small by Japanese standard
C Kon 02/05/2017 10:24We stayed in a twin room. The pillow looked rather low and the bed felt rather soft. However, we're surprised they were comfortable and we slept well - no aches and pains from the bed/pillow.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Only a few guests had breakfast there. Since there are many cafes around, I recommend one not having breakfast at this hotel unless if it is included for free.
No free parking at this hotel. We had to pay 2,000 yen for parking until 11am (check out time). They charge 250 yen per 30 mins for parking after 11am.
Friendly Staffs but Poorly Maintained Room
Vincentimbe Con 08/04/2017 17:15Was given the highest floor as requested but the room condition turned out under-expectation for a chain hotel. The wallpaper looked old and were peeling off. The bed and pillow were not comfortable.
Nonetheless the staffs have been very helpful and friendly. My friend and I found our room too hot but the air conditioning was controlled centrally. The receptionist tried her best to explain to us on how to recitfy the temperature issue, but we had language barrier - she couldn't speak English, while we don't speak Japanese. In the end she gone the extra mile to follow us to our room to demonstrate to us how to open the emergency window to ket the outside air flow in.
