Dirty room and poor manner of front desk staff.
Johnyyfon 03/05/2017 18:12After check in, we found that the room was very dark, dirty and poor ventilation. We requested to change the other room. But, the hotel staff told us with poor manner that the other room was in same condition. As a result, we needed to live in this room like a ghost house for four nights.
Nice hotel near Tanukikoji

The hotel is a standard 3 star level hotel with rather spacy room (in japan standard) and bigger bath tub (in japan standard)
Staffs dont speak english (as in other places in Sapporo) but they tried their best to serve us.
Musty and dated room
Mark Pon 18/03/2017 09:12The staff were courteous and efficient but the whole building looks in need of refurbishment and a lick of paint.
My room had a musty smell and the bathroom was particularly foisty. Constant noise throughout the night (noisy neighbours, elevator, doors slamming) meant I had a far from relaxing stay.
The linen and towels were clean and fresh but the walls of the room were peeling and dirty. Expected better from a famous chain like this.
Great hotel, clean and in an ideal location!
frances2615on 11/03/2017 06:01Been to this hotel a few times and booked to go back again! Great location, near the train station, convenience stores, parks plus other main attractions. Good items in the rooms, TV (with unlimited films for an extra 1000 yen), fast wifi, soap/toilettes plus a comfy bed. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!
