good location!
Mia Fon 09/06/2017 17:11price is considered pretty reasonable as long as you book via booking sites (direct booking may set you back by about 17000 yen a night) and location is great! located just beside toho line hosui susukino station exit 3, the hotel is within walking distance to tons of food (soup curry, ramen, gyoza!), shopping (shopping street, daiso, malls etc) and entertainment (pachinko, arcade, ktv etc). the walk to odori station exit 32 - 37 is only about 15 minutes away, and to which you can walk along the underground pathway all the way to Sapporo Station. there's a lawson located right at the hotel lobby, and the hotel staff speaks pretty good English. Rooms, albeit a little small, are clean and cozy (pillows is a little flat and could be fluffier though). Room comes with all toiletries (shiseido products), hair dryer, disposables (hair brush, shaver, body sponge etc) and pyjamas (yukata). There's also wifi in all rooms.
Good Size Room Bad Bed
c_ronal7on 27/05/2017 17:56Room size consider big for Japan hotel. Bed in need of change, can feel and hear the springs of the mattress each time I sat on. Room facing the main road was noisy with window open, when air conditioning of hotel was not operational due to cool weather when we stayed. Requested to change room, but was told all double bedrooms were facing the main road. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Subway station exit practically at hotel's doorstep. No bottled water given daily unless you do not need cleaning of room but house keeping will change the towels, clear waste bins.
Great front office customer service, cental location, big rooms
Irene Ton 23/05/2017 05:06Location was in the heart of Susukino, walking distance to shops & restaurants. Rooms were big for Japan, a little old but clean. Like the separate toilet & bathroom.
Front desk service was excellent. Besides normal Japanese courtesy, Mr Hayatsuki was very willing & helpful when we requested him to call our next hotel for special requests, as we do not speak Japanese. He did everything with a smile. See photo of him.
Good stay good location
On Don 17/05/2017 16:14Very convenient location. Subway just next to the hotel, bus stop and tram just a few foot away. Wifi in the room is good. Bathroom supply is Shiseido and Kose products.
Front desk staff are nice and friendly. Cheap room price. Value for money
Strategic location
shun821on 12/05/2017 12:41Lawson convenience store is just below the hotel, connected to the lobby. Subway is just right in-front of the hotel entrance. 25mins walking time from Sapporo Station via underground walk. Food- be it local or fast-food can be easily found in the area.
