Accommodation okay if a little tired - 3.5 rather than 3
Douglefaceon 15/07/2017 10:04Staid here as need an apartment for family. Room had plenty of space and was comfortable if slightly tired. Staff were very helpful. Couldn't get a high chair for breakfast as the only one was in use - not great for a family hotel (apparently the others had gone to the Hilton up the road!). Location was convenient for the airport with a regular shuttle bus although you have to pay 5 francs unlike all the other hotels which seemed to be free.
Close, but no bonanza
Dan Ron 11/07/2017 22:08Loved the location, the service, the roominess, the price. Badly in need of a makeover inside and not sure why that hasn't happened. Seems so obvious and such a good investment for Hilton. I hate the idea they might do this and up the price, but really you don't want guests coming in and asking for an extra sheet to cover the couch because it's too disgusting to sit on. Why???
Not a Hilton so don't expect too much
Covedwelleron 06/07/2017 12:32After reading previous reviews I wasn't expecting too much of the accommodation. For years I've stayed at the Hilton just past the Apart Hotel but this was my first time in this residence.A very friendly check in team checked me in and I went up to my room. So yes I may have one of the older rooms as it was definitely showing its age, however it was clean and the bed comfortable so thats all that mattered for me. You can use the facilities up at the Hilton which is a 5 minute walk away so we ate in the restaurant and had a pleasant evening with a good meal and drinks. Went back to the Apart Hotel and had a drink at the bar and then retired. As mentioned the rooms are showing their age but the bed gave a good nights sleep. Bathroom clean and shower hot so fine for a night or two stay. Breakfast was a well stocked continental/hot buffet which was very good. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport which is regular. As mentioned for a night or two this hotel is adequate any longer and i'd splash out for the Hilton up the hill.
Best price to quality ratio.
kaisersoze2017on 30/06/2017 10:22Rooms are bigger than your average 3 star hotel. Operated by Hilton so a few perks come in together as well as a better breakfast than other airport hotels in this price range.
Great multilingual staff and great extras such as a laundry room and a shared kitchen, great for my long stay.
Not very satisfying
DrVijayPalweon 26/06/2017 12:20other than proximity to the airport, nothing great about this hotel. Very average rooms with poor service. Staff not much friendly. average view from rooms. Breakfast also ordered from outside. No in house kitchen. poor quality.
