Stayed with family of 4 for 3 days in March 2017. Wonderful staff (great english), excellent little restaurant on site, full size self-serve laundry available. We never used the spa, but was tempted. Looks like it would even be more fun during the summer time.

Staff was excellent here. Twice we got home from sightseeing late and was able to go to their restaurant and have an out of this world pork chop and steak salad for my wife. I believe the cook/waiter/bartender was from Argentina or Chile and absolutely took care of me, the only customer, with terrific service.

Someday my family will return to the area and we will absolutely come back to this hotel.

Ok, so first impressions, the place looks clean, tidy and fresh. The rooms spacious and welcoming, a nice clean bathroom and spacious lounge area with a good sized fridge freezer so you can. Ring your own stuff.

The reception lady was extremely busy and rather slow, but she did have 12 of us to process which probably didn't help anyone else waiting. I would suggest that more help was needed or more work on prioritising workload here.

That being said, my friend and I booked into the restaurant for dinner. We are two guys with healthy appetites and I suppose one could say the portion size was rather small, but some would argue it was just right. Either way that taste was fantastic, starters and mains, bottle of wine was brilliant and relatively cheap I felt too.

The waiter was the only one I and was incredibly busy but kept a smile and friendly banter, which was good.

One thing I want to say is that our breakfast was included with our booking, but doing a time appreciation we had to leave before breakfast was being served. We explained this to the lady at reception and later that evening the hotel had put 12 packed lunches together for us to have for breakfast, to allow us to go on our way.

A sandwich, cake, sealed orange juice, apple and bottles of water all in separate bags which we collected that evening ready for the next day. This was no trouble for them and I have to say this really made the difference between what could have been a good experience to it being an excellent experience.

I would recommend this place, I will certainly return.

Modern and Comfortable

This one bedroom accommodation is fully furnished and roomy. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a small balcony. There is plenty of storage. It is located too far from town to walk comfortably, so a car is essential. A large supermarket is close-by. It makes a good base for exploring the surrounding area by car.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Advantage is the garage for which you have to pay. The apartment is fine. The restaurant and bar of the hotel was closed. The spa area was not clean and needed some maintenance. The paid massage was fine.

One night stay on a coach trip

The hotel is a bit away from the historic centre of Jaca. The suite we stayed in was very clean with plenty of facilities. Beds were a bit hard and pillows a bit uncomfortable.
Our evening meal and breakfast were served in what looked like part of the underground parking of the hotel which had been converted to a dining room. The evening meal was poor and self service. The staff were also rather off hand.
Breakfast was again a buffet and the toast precooked and cold. No hot food for breakfast.
Nice hotel - disappointing food.
