Christine Hon 11/08/2017 17:23Just got back from our AI holiday at the ocean hill one word amazing didn't want to leave. Fantastic staff nothing to much trouble. A big thank you to Lucy very nice lady x near to the Europa centre and a short taxi ride down to main centre between 3-4 euro definitely be returning.

KeithVernonon 11/08/2017 07:55Clean frendly staff polite and helpfull just a couple of negatives sunbeds had towels on most mornings before 8:30 and no one around they should make a rule unattended beds towels will be removed put a sign up so all know most of the ones i saw doing this didnt come and use them till dinner or later they went for breakfast ect before actually using if they continue it will spoil it and some will keep away

m_tilley54on 10/08/2017 19:34Great hotel spotless clean the staff where helpful and on hand all the time day or night everything was top class and we will be going back .the hotel is on the top of the hill which is not a problem as taxis are cheap and always on hand

lrogers019on 08/08/2017 15:12Stayed here for 2 weeks self-catering (24th July to 7th August 2017). Very clean apartment, spotless rooms, safe to put belongings in. We had a lovely balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools. Lovely apartment on the hill, looking down at the sea. Several swimming pools, one including an infinity pool overlooking Puerto Rico sea. Helpful staff - especially Mary the receptionist who looked after us both on holiday who told us about bus routes to get etc. Leaflets about several attractions at hotel. Easy to get taxi from hotel to wherever you want to go - approx. 4 euro to get to Puerto Rico town centre/beach.
Small shopping centre called Europa Shopping Centre approx. 2-3 minute walk from Ocean Hill which has some restaurants and a supermarket there to get bits and bobs for hotel room. The hotel itself also has a supermarket - and some things are actually cheaper in there too.
We had breakfast a couple of times which is 7.50 euros all you can eat food and drink. Very good value for money.
Only downside is it's on a hill so would take quiet a lot of time to walk up it to get back to the hotel from Puerto Rico and a lot of lifts/layout to get to apartment is a bit confusing.
